should a nation set up the same curriculum for all students ,no matter what personal background they have,until they enter college? the speaker claims so.fundamentally,i agree with the speaker for it can ensure all students learn some basic knowleges and offer a general standard to estimate students on academic.however,the same curriculum setted for students all around the country rise certain problems for students themselves as well as society.

admittedly,the same common core courses is indispensable.as we all know,because students have different backgrounds,it is necessary for national educational system to set a series basic courses which at least can guarantee every students would form the correct view of value, moral sense,know their personal responsibility and some scientific knowledges.some courses such as language which would make sure students come from differernt regions can study together without any language problems should be chosen as a basic course.besides,in this case,educational system can estimate students according to a standard testing program.as i mentined above,setting the same national curriculum can ensure the task of primary education and provide a quiet stable system of estimation.

however,there are some people who can not continue their study in college need some technical skills to survive in the sociey.due to some reasons,parts of students have to work after graduate from high school,so it seems more importance for them to learn some professional knowledges as their survival tools.nowadays,more and more schools begin to offer several practical coureses as selected courses.it absolutely provide more job oppotunities for their students.thus,at this point it is beneficial to offer academic and diverse courses.moreover,offerring several courses refers to local culture,history anc economic would help students to regonize themselves and society clearly and enhance development of local economy .

in addition,professional knowleges interest students easier than boring basic courses and develope students' potential.the purposes of education are conveying knowleges and inspire people to discovery ,to creat.as william ernest hocking once said(and i paraphase):the important part of education is this instruction of a man in what he has inside him. everyone has his/her talent on something.but most people do not sure until one day they see it.truth be told ,the earlier people know what their talent is the better they use it.besides,the most amazing and fantastic part of things hide in professional areas.thus,schools have responsibility to help students to discovery their talent by konwing some academic knowleges.furthermore,the trend of education changes from multidiscipline to interdiscipline which require students have perspectives on many different professional areas.undoubtly,schools should offer courses which related to some academic knowledges to provide students a vast and complete view.

all in all,without the same national curriculum which included certain common core course,the education will be inefficient,for students may have different culture background and speak different languages.while,without courses which might provide students some technical skills to survive and professional knowleges to interest them ,education will never achieve its goals.in my view,this issue calls for a balance between singleness and diversity.
