What is the justice while what is the unjustice on earth? I believe it is a complex question which might involved great many of aspects, such as ethic,culture and religion to answer.Admittedly, laws can be deemed as just or unjust, as given by the statement,but who will demand this criteria, political leaders, government institutes or individual themselves?
First of all, justice is vary in the eyes of beholders, whose attitudes and opinion on this issue diversify greatly. For example, in the eyes of a political, the criteria of the judgement would be taking actions which will benifit the interest of his/her party, not at all the interests of people or other political partys,although sometimes they had to take some actions to improve the living standards of people. As the same, as far as a owner of mining sees, the judgement would change to the higher benifits from ore resourse despite the destroy of ecological environment and the inconvenient of people's life. Thus the fairless greatly depends on person's value system, individuals belonging to different classes and positions may holds different ideas about the same event.
Secondly, even if individuals have the same background and share the same beliefe, there is no certain they will achieve agreement smoothly because of personal view and literature education. Take a peot and a blacksmith for example, who are the low class in the society at a time and experienced poorness. The poet thought it is fairly for all the people to read beautiful poems and more peom books will be bought by ordinary ones.On the contary, what the blacksmith concerns is this month's income and whether it is enough to feed his family. Obviously he cares nothing about peoms, because in his opinion costs on it is unvaluable.Therefore, since the system of value diversify and even conflict the fairless standard becomes subject and difficult to judge.
Lastly, when the concept of justic is obscure and the criteria decided by people is verable, it is necessary to appeal to the law bringing a clear idea.Indeed  many issues the laws can solve in this way convienting people and helping them get some reasonable results especially in ethical aspect such as murder and horriblism. At this time we should obey the law not only because it is just but it is accept by majorty.However, there are also such event laws cannot definite its justice ,for example, in some religinal countries, it is forbiden to abortion which is allowed in other countries. Facing this situation, we should determe by our own realization. Think it unjust and then disobey even resist will lead to our law valid and result in our society a chaos. Accordingly, I think we should respect the determination of law under this situation, or else it is possible to slipe towards permitting all types of illegal behavior including criminal conducts.
All in all, just or unjust, in other words, obey or resist is rarely a straightforward issue. In any case, it is people's right and freedom to judge whether certain laws are just or not. Obedience is never justifiable when the legal right or safety of innocent people are jeopardized as a result.
