TOPIC: ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."WORDS: 522 TIME: 01:23:49 DATE: 2008-3-20 22:20:15 In this era of development of science and technology leading to dramatically increasing in the economy, information, tradition ,as well as legislative moves, people can not escaping(escape) suspecting the justification of any particular one among the innumerable laws. As the author believes, while laws are divided to two types as just and unjust ones, to disobey and resist unjust laws seems more significant than merely obey just laws. However, according to the vague distinguish between that, we may draw the conclusion that disobey, while necessary, is rewarding experience. Moreover, reviewing the history of human beings revolution, it's better to call it "the history of improving existed laws". It is worldwide accepted that the literature records of human beings' civilization can be traced back to thousands years ago, while there exists, ironically, no globally persuasive definition about laws since the excusive nature of laws is adjourning this program. What's just? what's unjust? This kind of question about which philosophers are always thinking never seems easier than the one like "to be or not to be". Similar to the phenomenon that laws in some regions supports(support) the research in colonization, while some countries punish the scientists who commit themselves on this filed, the contemporary society are(is) able to do nothing but expect time to drudge them. Only the later periods can prove the precedents' performing. Therefore, it's obviously ridiculer to force the citizens to obey all of the laws and regulations, even some unjust. In addition, laws play the major role in people's social behavior, while unjust laws inevitably harm the rights and property of persons belonging to some group. Unjust laws are like the aegis with the thistles and thorns on the exterior, which unfairly threat the competitors standing in one side while protect the others in the other side. Therefore, without the struggle against the inhumane, racial discriminative, totally unjust laws and regulation of Nazi, we can hardly hope harmony world, dramatically amazing international relationship and globalization. In other words, the life, which precedents dream about and now we live, is built on the resistant to the formerly unjust laws. Nevertheless, it’s undeniable that if every one disobey whatever they consider unjust, our society will sink into pandemonium, which probable abeyance the progress of human beings, even destroy the brilliant civilization accumulated through thousands years. But it’s absurd to simply equate people having the wisdom and courage to fight against unjust to people who just lose their mind negate everything they meet. Even there will exist chaos in slight extent, we should have faith in it is affordable cost for the brighter future. In a conclusion, unjust laws only play a temporary role in the river of the history of human. It’s nothing but a pulse which forces people to inspect the contemporary society. It’s anything but a block which suspends human beings blazing new trails. Until every member of the society takes the responsibility to follow the just laws, owns the encouragement to resist the unjust laws, and, the most significant is(这个插入是否有语法错误，不确定，改为more significant可能更好), obtains the wisdom to distinguish the difference between each other, can we have an optimistic attitude to the future.
