It is a deniable fact that there are large scales of wilderness areas on the earth is rarely to access although technology is so advanced today. What attitude should human towards these areas? The speaker asserts that government should pay attention to the wilderness areas in order to keep them in their natural state. However, as far as I'm concerned, government should take actions to these areas according to their own conditions, some of the area should be preserved in their natural state, but to some others, there maybe a much better solution to do with it. My position will be supported through the following perspectives.

First of all, government truly needs to take political actions to preserve the wildness areas as their natural state. As government is the most powerful organization in the modern society, so it must be responsible to the primitive areas. And many governments indeed try their best to protect the wildness areas as most areas of the earth are developed to be buildings and parks. For example, the primitive forest in Africa is one of the most representative wild area which worth to be preserved. There are many wild animals that cannot be seen elsewhere. Wild elephant, African lion and numerous snakes are the unique animals in the world. As we know, a few people hunt the valuable wild animals in these area because their fur, meat and other organ is worthy of money. If they are extinct from the world, there must be influences to the ecological system in the forest. The food link of the animals will be out of problem. So, for the sake of the ecological system of the earth, government should legislate some effective laws to protect these wild areas and the ecologies on it.

Secondly, government should take financial actions to protect these wild areas. With the development of society, many wilderness areas are polluted by  the wasted gas and water of industry. Even a few people access these wilderness areas, the pollution still exists there, and the pollution even influence people's lives although they are in cities. Take the desert which is seventy kilometers from the capital city of China--Beijing for instance. The city always fell deserty as many sand fly in the sky, because the trees which used to protect the desert were died because of pollution, and then the sand can be blow away for 70 kilometers to Beijing. In short, the influence of the wilderness areas is also cannot be neglected. In order to improve the life standard and air quality, government also should give financial fund to support the affair.

However, in some cases, government give appropriate development also sounds good to these area. The example is the Qingzang Railway of China. Before the railway was open to the public, Qingzang is a poor and few access area because there is no way to achieve there. The key fact is that it is a wild primitive undeveloped area whose sights is beautiful and surprising. But he people there are living a bad life, no TVs, no telephone, even cannot go to school. Now, after the railway is open to the public, the communication with outsiders are more and more frequently. Many tourists go there by train to visit the old historical buildings and cultures of the race. The residents can contact with outsides to seek more chances to learn and better lives. This is a win-win policy to some extent. Therefore, there is no need to protect the wilderness without considering the practical situation of the area.

In sum, , it is the government’s responsibility to protect these areas although wilderness areas are often extremely and accessible to only a few people. And it is an important thing to consider whether their natural state should be preserved. After all, all the solutions is for people, for human beings, for the earth.
