人们期待只在一个企业或者只给一个雇主工作是否现实（周二作业）

It has long been a controversial issue that whether it is realistic to work for only one company or employer. Different people hold different viewpoints. Some, with the first impression, assert that it is really doable, but from my point of view, I tend to sustain that few people could work for only one corporation or employer. I will explain opinion based on the following reasons.

First of all, the first company or employer you work for usually is not the ideal one you really want. In china, because of the large mount of population, finding a job, especially a ideal job, is considerable difficult. So, to those people lacking of work experience or students just now graduating from universities, they will not have a lot choices. They will do the jobs temporarily. In other words, if they accumulate the enough experience or get some better opportunities, they will change it without hesitation. Because whether they work for only one company or employer is no much mean to them, what they really care about is there personal development in the future.

In the next place, in today’s society, the competition between corporations is increasingly intense. No one could affirm that which company will not collapse forever and which has reached the end of the life-span. Because the change in business is totally unpredictable. So people also could promise that they could stay in one company forever.
For example, if the company or employer you are working for bankrupt over night, which is not unusual today, you will have to looking for another job no matter how comfortable and well-income the former job is.

Similarity, the corporation you are working is a multinational corporation and really will not collapse in the following predictable years. You should also have a preparation of changing a job. Of course, you will not leave voluntarily, but you can be fired. We cannot eliminate this chance, actually, it is entirely possible, especially you lack of outstanding specialized knowledge or abundant work experience or something else which could enable you to be superior to others in one aspect. As we know, the competition among workers in the small- and medium-sized enterprises nowadays is tremendously cruel not mention to multinational corporations.

Taking all above-mentioned reasons into considerations, we can draw the conclusion that working for only one company or employer is not realistic.Because on no account can we ignore the social and individual factors which play pivotal roles in your decisions whether you can work for only one company or employer in your lifetime
