it is better to work for a large company than for a small company（周四作业）

Working is a improtant part of our life. So, small company or large company, which one is great influence on our family life, personal career development and social activities. As far as I am concerned, large complany play clearly more significant role in our life. I have several reasons as follws to support my opinion.

To start with, When considering family life as a crucial standard of gauging the superiority of company, it is clear that a person who work in a big company can contribute more to their family. One thing is that working for a large company could get more salary than working for small company. As we know, many large companies are willing to spend more money on hiring competent workers, and this is just the reason why large companies have higher requirement and enact strict regulations. Another thing is that large companies tend to supply more leisure time to workers that for their relax with family members or traveling abroad. In this point, workers can share more time with their family members, and so, they can take more care of their parents and children. Through staying with their family members, workers can acquire some encouragement and inspiration because of harmonious family environment is a solid foundation of their enterprise.

In the second place, When it comes to personal career, large companies can provide workers with beneficial platform that they can use to express themselves. If a worker have a really strong leading ability but he work in a small company, it is indeed hard for him to present it out because there are just a little number of employees, at the same time, general small companies only have one true leader. Hoever, if working in large company, this condition will be different, wokers can easily promote to leaders. Moreover, the working environment and business are frequently more complex than small company, so workers are inclined to obtain more useful working experience that are meaningful for their further development.

The last but not the least, big companies have more empoyees than small companies, workers can make a large numer of friends through working in large companies. These friends will help them not only in the improvement of working abilities but also in their daily life. For example, If a woker encounter with some difficult in dealing with events in working such as process a vital file and welcoming a celebrity, the more friends one has, the more useful advice he can get. On the other hand, we can distingish that entertaining with more people or less people, which one is funy. It is undeniable that the number of recreation programs parallel to how many players there are. Large company, obviously, possess more empolyees than small companies in whole. Therefore, it will be more interesting when attending large companies' activies.
To sum up, take company's inpact on our family life, personal career and social activities into account, I strongly agree that working for a large company is better than for a small company. And large companies are good places to relealize our personal life value.

问下LZ哦~我只有几天就考了，可是小错误还是不断（这几天估计很难改咯。。。），到考试的时候影响有多大~？
还有，我字数老是偏少感觉，虽然多过300了，加上语言驾驭能力实在很低。。。这几个方面，你觉得就几天，哪一项比较容易先克服掉，或者说对分数有利？

个人认为，时间有限可以：
1.写作时想好立场和三个论点，以短语形式先写上。
1. 复习时赶快把开头段的框架搭建好（类似与魔版，）， 这样开头很快。2-3 开头分钟。这个是可以提前准备的。托福就是模式。
2. 每个论点展开8分钟左右。
3.总结，也尽可能准备模式，照套。
4.省得时间检查简单错误。

其实，字数和错误避免都很重要。
尽量大字速度快，最好字〉360，才能拿个差不多的分数。

看看字数差不多了，就要好好改改简单错误了。
简单错误很多的话，也不好，会显著影响得分。
现在就要加强进入主题的速度，其次就是修改了。因为，语言和打字速度都不是一下子就能提上去的。
