17"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility
to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
字数:533 时间:39m 第一次限时,发现自己的语言贫乏得很
As author asserts in the issue that people should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws because laws only have two types:
just or unjust. Although, to some degree, I agree with author that people should do as just law rules and when law becomes
unjust, they should disobey and resist it, law should not be separated to two parts: just and unjust and whether a law is just
or not is dependent on different circumstances.

Admittedly, people have to obey just laws because laws just keep orders of a society and regulate people's behavior. Without laws in a society, any society could not promise happy and peaceful life to its people. If people do not obey reasonable laws
against robbery, stealing, killing and etc, people would become first victims and the society would have no order and people would struggle to live and use violence to solve problems instead of laws. Therefore, behaving as law rules is people's
responsibility and duty.

On the other hand, people should resist and disobey laws that do not protect people's benefits and ruin people's rights. In the history of a society, there would be unavoidable to set up some unjust laws such as laws prohibiting women to work or wear
trousers. These unjust laws harm a group of people’s rights and impede the development of a society. For a long time, in the
history of China women were not allowed to work outside home and they are banned to wear trousers, which seems
ridiculous and unreasonable today. All these laws blocked the way for China to develop and harmed the spirits of lots of
women in China. Then these people became resisting laws through matches and demonstrations. In this consequence, under
the pressure of people, government finally abolished these laws. Therefore, when laws are unjust and unreasonable, people
should have courage to against them.

However, laws could not clearly and simply defined as unjust and just because some laws that are just to a group of people
would be regarded as unjust for anther group. Therefore, we should not simply resist some laws for that we believe them
unjust. Take environment laws for example, environmentalist would suppose it fair to prohibit factories established near rivers, however, factories would disgust these laws and thought it unfair because hundreds of people have to live on the operation of factories. It is not wrong for environmentalist to worry about the pollution of rivers but it is also correct to concern about workers' living problems and better society's economy. In this consequence, we should not haste to conclude this kind of laws is
just or unjust but we need to make a balance on such laws that maybe laws could narrow the range of area around river that
prohibits establishing factories. And doing so would be more effective than just resist laws which some people believe unjust
and unfair. Therefore, we should not make a black-and-white line between justness and unjustness of laws.

In sum, in a basic view, people should obey just laws and resist unjust laws, however, we should not simply define just laws
and unjust laws but to make laws reasonable for people to understanding and obey.

As author asserts in the issue that people should obey just laws and disobey unjust laws because laws only have two types: just or unjust. Although, to some degree, I agree with author that people should do as just law rules and when law becomesunjust, they should disobey and resist it, law should not be separated to two parts: just and unjust and whether a law is just or not is dependent on different circumstances.(我觉得这句话前后有点矛盾,既然说了不对的法律应该抵抗那又为什么说不应该分成两部分呢?我觉得可以换一下顺序,改为Although, to some degree,I agree with author but law should not be separated to two parts: just and unjust and whether a law is just or not is dependent on different circumstances. If we think some laws are "unjust laws, we should disobey and resist it.

Admittedly, people have to obey just laws because laws just keep orders of a society and regulate people's behavior. (首段说了不能分为两部分应该考虑更多的情况可为什么这里又说obey just laws?你根据的情况是什么呢?)Without laws in a society, any society could not promise happy and peaceful life to its people. If people do not obey reasonable laws against robbery, stealing, killing and etc, people would become first victims and the society would have no order and people would struggle to live and use violence to solve problems instead of laws.(个人感觉这个句式不好个人感觉可以把第二个and改为in addition Therefore, behaving as law rules is people's responsibility and duty.

On the other hand, people should resist and disobey laws that do not protect people's benefits and ruin people's rights. In the history of a society, there would be unavoidable to set up some unjust laws such as laws prohibiting women to work or wear trousers. Therefore, when laws are unjust and unreasonable, people should have courage to against them.(这一段的论述还是不错的例子也很好我有时的语言就太空洞值得学习)

However, laws could not clearly and simply defined as unjust or (个人意见) just because some laws that are just to a group of people would be regarded as unjust for anther group. Therefore, we should not simply resist some laws for that we believe them unjust. In this consequence(应该是in consequence吧), we should not haste to conclude this kind of laws is just or unjust but we need to make a balance on such laws that maybe laws could narrow the range of area around river that prohibits establishing factories. And doing so would be more effective than just resist laws which some people believe unjust and unfair. Therefore, we should not make a black-and-white line between justness and unjustness of laws.

In sum, in a basic view, people should obey just laws and resist unjust laws, however, we should not simply define just laws and unjust laws but to make laws reasonable for people to understanding and obey.
