When the globalization is becoming a tendency of international and the diversity of development proves one of the important topic of the world level, I do agree with that "all nations should help support the development of a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world's most persistent social problems".

A global university suits the students to learn about the different international methods of solving the world social problems over the worldwide. For the modern problems whether in the rich countries or the poor countries, every government has its own system of the conduction which is basic on domestic conditions. These various forms which usually share the common same purpose, or the similar theories provide the invaluable experience and information for solving contemporary world's problems. The very example is the disposition of the garbage. From the incineration which is used by Japanese as the main measure against the garbage, to the landfill that remains the predominate method in China, and the government central responsibility in Germany to the industries duty of the package policy of British, the international university provides the world-scale class, which is more systematic and available.

Current social problems usually not simply results from one or two countries related with domestic people. Contemporary globalization began at weaving of the world economic. Nowadays, it improves so more extreme that even the adjustment of Chinese allowance of the farmers would affect the profits of the whole Canadian exports of the cereal.
