Nowadays,the ability to cooperate is more iportant than past


Nowadays, cooperation has become one of the hottest words that was(请问这里用was还是were) repeatedly mentioned during our lives. Some people may complain about the problems caused by cooperation, while others may express more appreciation towards the group working. In my point of view, the ability to cooperation is more important than that in the past because of the onerous task, the capability of efficient work and the trend of globalization.

To begin with, the ability to cooperate can make everybody in the group solve the problem easily. As we all know the scale of work is no longer small enough for individual to handle. It is not something like the small mill in the early 17century that the products were simply accomplished just by one person. The task today is huge, complicate and contains a great amount of procedures. There is no doubt that several persons should work together in each small and easy part which was separated from the cracking of such task. If a man is not capable of the cooperation, the whole work might be destroyed. So the competence of cooperation is becoming more crucial now.

In addition to complete the work propitious we also need to be competitive. The ability to cooperate seems to be a well-concerning point in forming a unit where can take use of every one’ advantage properly. There is an example to illustrate my point. The Ford Company achieved great success in the car making. Why? The answer is the producing line. Such kind of means of producing raised the work efficiency and exhibited their merits to the max. Some people are good at measure the pieces, while some people are experts at installment. If they have the ability to cooperate, their strongpoint can be make great use of and thus the whole group became competitive. So the cooperation is becoming more essential now.

Moreover, the ability to cooperate is also a good measure to learn from each other. With the development of globalization, the world is tending to be flat in the exchange of technique or mutual cooperation and communication. It is a superexcellent opportunity for people from different countries or cultures in cooperation with each other and absorbs the useful experience to make up their own insuffiencies. Therefore their cooperation ability can be a great push force to lead the whole human society to a more civilized stage. So cooperation is becoming indispensible now.

In conclusion, a man without the ability to cooperate may probably be kicked out. As we can see, the current society need cooperation more than the past due to the factor of huge task ,efficient work and globalizations.
