Nowadays, amounts of pressure, which come from work, family, life and so on, tangle with people, cause them feel stress all the time. Inevitable as the stress it is, how can we deal with it? Some people prefer(prefer) to stay alone while others would like to stay with their friends. From my personal angle alone, I choose the latter one. The following reasons contribute to my point.
Admittedly, friends are the ones who can listen to you, to help you and relieve the stress from you. If you facing a problem which you need to solve tomorrow, but you still can not find a possible way to deal with it. The stress nearly drive you mad, at this time, you had better find your friends and relax youself. The key thing is your friends will listen to you, let you split your troubles out which is a good way to erase your pressure. Sometimes, your friends may give you advices from their point of views which finally give you instinct to solve the problem. Thus, your friends will decrease your stress by listen(listening) to you.
Furthermore, friends can use their ways to remove your stress by jokes, singing, sporting, traveling and so on. For instance, when you are tangled by stress, most of the time your facial expression is rigid. But how can a tamper mood get rid of stress? Only laugh can do, the importance of which is like water to fish. Friends who are humorous will make you laugh and it will help you relax your nerve efficiently, in this way, stress stay away from you. While, on the contrary, stay alone makes you feel stress even more, sometimes will drive you crazy.
Based on the reasons given above, I can say that the best way to truly relax and reduce stress is to spend time with your friend, they will listen to you, help you solve the questions, make you laugh, let you know the situation is not that bad. Anyhow, stay with your friend is the best choice if you want to stay away from stress. |
