Stress is one of the significant problems /signs (that the most of people)去掉 in modern society have. Even students have presuress from shcools. (if a student, he/she still has more or less pressure from schools,)去掉 so it is necessary to learn how to reduce stress, otherwise, too busy lives will lead to some mental disorder. Every one has distinct ways to relax; for most humans, being alone may not be a good method because it will bring feelings of aloneness, which is not helpful in (available to) reducing pressure.
In the first place, if one is alone, it is easy to remember the stressful situations that happened at work or schools. /being alone can be easy for one to remind that what had happened in working and studying. Different people have different stresses and will react to stress differently./ The experiences humans involved in companies and schools result in different level pressure, from relationship to working environment. Spending time by oneself, especially for females who are sentimental, cannot help reduce it but make it strong.( For the reason of that,) psychologist tell us that if one is alone for too long of a time, it may lead to fantasies, which might cause a person to become insane/ one would fantasize when being alone from psychologist. Therefore, it is nice to spend time with a couple of friends who can listen to each others' troubles and frustrations. Chatting, singing and having dinner with many people may help forget anything distressful quickly, after that, they will not regard pressure as the burden they cannot get rid of. Being happy/Happy time is one of efficient ways/aspects to reduce stress.
Furthermore, spending time with friends is a ne way to relax even if they are not good friends/it will bring a new way to relax to spend time with different people even if not good friends, (which will not appear being alone.)去掉 New friends can introduce a fresh hobby that people might not know. For instance, to join in a party full of old and new friends, through talking and playing games, one can learn something distinct from new friends, a shopping mall offering memberships, a modern gymnasiumes or a cheap but romantic restaurant. Those will become another way to relax learnt from new friends when spending time with a group of friends.
In conclusion, spending time alone can make pressure strong instead of helping reduce it; therefore being alone is not the best way to be relaxed. From the reasons above, spending with friends may be more efficient to set humans free as people can forget the pressure through talking, and also develop new habits from new friends. |
