11月24日 do you agree or disagree with the following statement. For someone who wants to be successful in the society, knowledge gained from study is more important than the ability to being creative?

In modern society, there is always a heated controversy that what brings a success. Views on how to be successful vary from divergent person. In my opinion, I believe that knowledge obtained by study is as important, if not more important, as the ability to being creative. It is imperative for a successful person to have these two virtues or qualities.

On one hand, knowledge is an essential factor for a successful person. Any case about a success should be ground by the  master of knowledge. Then, how can we acquire the knowledge? We can obtain knowledge from the continuous study. Having knowledge is very critical for the success in all aspects of fields. Let us go back the history, we can see that the success of a great amount of famous person is all ascribed to the rich knowledge that they had mastered. This can be illustrated by  a myriad of scientists in the history, such as Mrs. Currie, the discoverer of the element of Ray, Albert Einstein, who proposed the theory of relativity and so forth. They are highly respected by their significant contributions for human beings and the science realm. In short, it can be said that it is knowledge that is substantial for a person who want to to be successful in the society.

On the other hand, we cannot neglect the indispensible importance of the capacity of being creative. As an old proverb in English, imagination is more important than other abilities. Being creative is very important for a person who want to be successful. Suppose a leader in a company, if he or she want to continue to be successful, he or she need to be capable to being creative. To confront the countless problems that arise every day in the company, he or she must be extremely creative. A fairly proportion of companies in the southeast of China, for example, have been influenced greatly by the recent global financial crisis. They are mostly the export-oriented companies, such like a toy factories, or textile manufacturers. Owning to the descend of demand from foreign countries, especially the western developed countries or regions, such as America, and European Commision, they are facing the danger of bankerupcy. At this time, being creative is the most important for the leaders of these companies. Some leaders of companies have change their ideas of manufacture. With the ability of being creative, many of them add more extra value to their products. For instance, one of  these factories, has explored and produced a new toy like a robot, which is popular in the European and American market. It is exciting that its purchase order is ascending increasingly. Therefore, it can be seen that the ability to being creative is the most ctucial for a company or an enterprise under a depress background of global economy.
