A multitude of people live under the illusion that students complete the project by team work and evaluate them with a same score in the university is an optimal choice. Contrary to the opinion of many people, is my heartfelt argument with the idea that such kind of method is unfairness and lack of various benefits of the all-round development of the students.

It goes without saying that when we evaluate students through the result of team work as a criterion, it is will bring a diverse of drawbacks to students' study. We may take a glance at a common example that Mark, my classmate, who invariably fail to accomplish teamwork task on time, and we always helping him to complete the whole project in order to do not effect our work efficiency. Virtually, evaluate with this method always make us lack of activity and less and less students have enthusiasm in team work study. So professor evaluate us by the teamwork project seems lack of impartiality.

Another significant point should be mentioned is students should complete their assignments by individual for the simple reason that fulfil assignments by themselves could enhance their ability to think independently and perform creatively. As for me, i can't concentrate on the task in a group and often think about other things unconsciously due to when too many people discussing i hardly can think successively and always be interrupted by them. In short, even through i have a high score in some subjects by team work cooperation, so fewer opportunities do i experience independently that i fail to improve my personal skills.

Considerable the drawbacks that evaluate project by teamwork lead to,it doesn't mean we can turn a blind eye to the advantages of this, when get help from others and improve students' interpersonal and communication skills are taken into consideration.

Although i agree that there may be a couple of advantages teamwork study, i feel that the disadvantages are more obviously, for students are be estimated in a group give rise to the result is partiality and students will product the suspicious of independent study. Based on the previously stated, we may safely draw a conclusion that college score students through fulfill team project is not an optimal choice.
