3，当然，还是要避免这样的问题发生：避免种族歧视，这本身也是个社会问题。尽量尊重对方。防止带来什么不好的政治影响。注重和作。

  Is it necessary for all nations to help establish a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world’s most persistent social problems, as the speaker asserts? I fundamentally agree with the speaker for the reason that such a university will collect outstanding minds from all nations to deeply and effectively solve the urgent problems impeding the development of the whole world; furthermore, in my view, there also some negative facts to prevent from political impacts.

  In today’s age, as known to all, there are some global problems shared with by all nations, such as gender inequality, the depletion of the atmospheric ozone, the pollution and so forth. Facing with all the problems mentioned above, every unique country will feel incapable as a result of the limit of national funds, active advocates and advanced equipments. In this aspect, a global university for this special purpose is necessary to come into being so as to provide a appropriate circumstance for dealing with global problems. Taking the Global Warming for example, it has been bringing more and more detrimental consequences with it to the human society, such as the changes in rainfall patterns, a rise in the sea lever and a wide range of impacts on plants, wildlife, and humans. No country can take up the responsibility to solve this problem for at least two reasons. For one thing, the cause of Global Warming came from the world’s development of industry and one country’s endeavor will turn out to be useless for the large mount of the carbon dioxide poured from so many other countries; for the other thing, there are also other present social problems in the very country urgent to deal with. Accordingly, after establishing such a specially used university, the international cooperation will be achieved to solve the present global problems efficiently and effectively.

  Another reason for the establishing of such university has to do with deep discuss among different nations. Students from different countries will possess different attitudes towards the same issue on the basis of their tradition, custom, civilization and so forth. Actually, different opinions, which reflect different aspects of the complicated problem, will help to understand the problem more deeply and completely. For one compelling example, in issues surrounding gender orientation and homosexuality, which has been presented for a long time, there will be a debate among students to see the essence of the gender inequality insofar as that since today just a few countries have accepted it as normal. From above, it may be more convinced that we need such a university to collect all nations’ unique opinion to find well-round measures for the problems.

  In such a university, students need to present mutual respect in the proceeding of debate. When it comes to the different opinions upon the problem, there will be a controversial meeting, in which students should pay attention of their words based on the fact that different countries have different customs and some students will be annoyed on hearing some word seemliness to others. For a long run, some political entanglement will take place and the incompatible situation will impede the achievement of the purpose of this university. However, in my view, this problem is enough trivial for those international elites to forget compared with the complicate global social problems on their hands.


  In sum, from the discuss above, we can come to the conclusion safely that it is necessary to establish a global university for engaging students in the process of solving the world's most persistent social problems. Such a university will call the global attention to deal with the sharing social problems deeply and completely.
