And if other people want to break through in the realm of soft as he did, they can not simply copy his idea, instead, they should development their company on the basis of their own creative ideas. Unlike big companies such as Microsoft, without so much capital, it is obvious that they will fail in the competition with big companies if they also lack unique ideas. In conclusion, because creative ideas often depend on individuality, individuality is more important than conformity for the people who want to start new companies.

     But for people who want to reach their personal economic success by managing big companies which has been successful. Then sometimes conformity turns out to be more important, as a case in point, the most famous company in the realm of retail is Wal-mart, its success largely depends on their efficient way of stocking and selling. They buy in a lot of goods in a very low price in once time so as to sell them in a relatively low price compared with their competitors, such way attracts more customers and brings a great benefit to them. So every executor of Wal-mart just conforms to the former one and keeps the company running in the same way. And by conformity, they make their personal economic success.

     Both individuality and conformity are important and in fact if business men can combine them and make full use of them flexible according to the concrete condition, then they can succeed more easily. As an illustration, consider people who run clothes-producing factories, if they can not only conform to good means of management to reduce their cost, but also make some creation related to styles of their production to occupy the market, then they will naturally gain a lot of benefit.

     In sum, for people start their own enterprise, the individuality is more helpful for them to sustain in the drastic competition. And for people running the successful big companies, conforming to the customary way of operation which has been proved to be efficient can make them reach the personal success.
