On the one hand, parents should properly help children arrange their time after school. They should make their children keep balance between playing and studying. As an illustration, most children prefer playing to studying, and it is possible that without restriction coming from their parents, they will play all the time and ignore reviewing what they have learned in school. If it turns out to be such case, then their quality of study will decline. So parents should play a role that prevents children from playing so much that forget to do their homework. But besides that, parents should also recognize that sometimes playing or having a rest are needed, especially when their children are too tired to study, having a rest is a good way to help them, and they will work more efficiently when they start again. For most children, lacking ability of judging what is right and what is wrong, their behaviors are often guided by people around them, if they always see people do something that disobey the rules of morality, such as walking nakedly in the street or assault and battery, they might do the same thing and bring harm in. So people in the communities should regulate their deeds to erect good examples for children and make them develop in good circumstance.
