International Students Services (ISS) will be contacting you regarding your financial guarantee and visa document request. Please note that during the busy part of the admission year, it may take two weeks for ISS to process your request for a Certificate of Student Visa Eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019). Therefore, repeated E-mail inquiries to ISS or other parties at Penn State about your visa status will only serve to slow the process. ISS will contact you if additional information is necessary.
