Do you agree or disagree， if people want to have a good future they should have a careful plan while they are still young（周一作业）.

When it comes to the issue that whether one should make out a careful plan for future, different people hold different views. Some assert that everything changes so greatly that plan do not work in the modern life while others claim the opposite opinion. Personally, i agree with the latter one and my reasons are listed as follows.

First of all, a careful plan of details makes sure the order of our massive tasks. It is known to us that, the variety of information today are booming out which always get us confused and turn out making mistakes. However, if we performance every step following the plan, won't it be easier to accomplish? One of my friends answer me yes. In the entire career of being an new employee, he worked hard and kept the habit of making a plan first. Now he has been promoted to be a manager, just two years after he went to the company. Obviously, the plan promise the future of an youth.

Another advantages of a careful plan is that it can firm one's will and improve one's confidence. Most of us have such experience if we have no plan in hand. In the middle of a project, we have instinct to review the past process and begin to ask ourselves:is there any problem occurred? Actually,everything goes right, yet we still cast doubt. In contrast, if we had one which has been recognized by someone full of experience, we must believe our own abilities to carry out the project. Even if few troubles take place, we can deal them confidently.

Of course, the plan having been made does not mean that it can be changed. In fact it must be altered in different conditions. Take the style of clothes as an typical example. The classic style has been fixed by the fashion industry, nevertheless, the new design changes all the time since each designer has his own idea about current style. We can imagine the case that if all the clothes produced according to the same pattern, will the fashion industry exist? No mention its superior influence on our daily life.

To sum up, considering what i discuss above, it is sagacious to conclude that a youth should have a careful plan to promise his or her future.
