The speaker asserts that the best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones. The speaker maintains that by praise positive behaviors and ignore negative ones a teacher--whether an educator, employer, or parent--could attain his goal effectively.请指正啦 However, in my opinion(老师黑榜上的话 说是my太主观 而I应该冷静公正客观 建议用someone’s), it is apparently hasty for him to reach such a unwarranted conclusion. It is true that praising positive actions does benefit teaching greatly, but it is also important for those people to treat the negative ones seriously. In fact, a balance should be called in which both positive actions and negative ones could be treated attentively.
I’m sure that(前面去掉 又主观了) most people would agree on the fact that praising positive actions would make people (have)more confident in learing(learning), which would actually arouse their learning interests and improve their efficience.( 从句修饰谁?信心?那么它也是有助于提高学习兴趣吧help or conduce )As it was to me, I remembered that when I was a little boy my father often commended at my little achievements, which would be so trivial in the opinion of nowadays, but what my father did indeed had given me great courage and pushed me fordward in those days.
Simply put, without praising positive actions, we would feel depressed and even have neither interest nor courage to insist on our aim, especially in a difficult situation. Though it may still be fine for some people to learn easily in a short time even without a single world(word) of commendation , it would be more diffilcult for one individual (没见过这么说的~~查了一下~~真的有列~~学到了)to struggle in an enduring and abstruse area . In a long and tiring period, which seems tedious and hopeless, one may be dismayed and eventually lose his faith, even when there is only a small step away from the success. At that time, a praising word may have helped him through that dilemma.(我什么时候也能写出这些句子呢。。。 。。)
On the other hand, over praising may be counterproductive in some aspects. When a man lives in a world all of praise and(这个and?) without criticizing, he would be so proud and narrowminded that he would not find his fault which is still in him. 。我读着别扭)So what would happended to him? Possibly just stay where he is ,without developments.(论据。。。)
To sum, without praising of positive actions, people become dismayed(dismay是不及物的吧) and eventually lose confidence and courage. Without a(an) opinion that recognizes the importance of critisizing negative actions, people become overproud and narrowminded. Thus, while our form of teaching necessitates praising, critisisng is equally important.(感觉一样重要这种说法好像是中国人说的)
