（1）每一个人都有自己的优点和兴趣，兴趣是最好的老师，只有注重个人的培养才能使个人发挥自己所长。个性化的培养有利于学生更好的学习更加专注并且学习效率更高
（2）传统的集中式教育会在某种程度上抹杀学生的个性，使得思维有单一化的趋势。有碍培养批判性的思维。
（3）然而完全单一化的培养是不现实的，因为不可能有那么多资源和人力投入到单一培养中
（4）由于人在学习的过程中会有很多共性的东西，所以在这些基础学习的时候集中的教育会更有意义。
Education would ,to large extent ,determine the development of the society so that people are devoted to make education more effective ,thus to propel the prosperity of their society.The cultivation of individual interests and needs
should be emphasized and would be more likely to incite the dedications on studying which help the students to refine their expertises . However, determining whether student-centered education could be weighed in many aspects depending on the different stages of the study procedures.


For different people,their interests and needs are distinctive which would would be the best techers to help students to persue their study goals thus to achieve in their fields.It would be benefit to chase what people are interested which would give people constant goes and would become their incitions to conquer any difficulties in their study. The process of learning would become a kind of fun rather than a painstaking journey no matter what hardness they would meet.To make the fullest use of this advantage granted by individal interest。The education of students who have great impassion in math should consider  their interests  thus their
potential in math would be greatly developed.The cultivation of children who are
interested in music should put emphasis on their music genius so that to propel their progress in music study.To take the individual interests into account,the potential of the students and their endowments  would be well developed and their different abilities would cultivated. More focus of the individual education would also  propel the study enthusiasm and would help students to study spontaneously thus to guarantee the effective study.People are tend to put more intentions on the fields that they are interested and enjoy and to more easily mke progress.


The traditional teacher-centered education which impart the same knowledges and informations to different students would be more likely to hamper the distinctive development of each individual ability.To force students who would enjoy the study of art sitting in the physics classrooms would be afflicting experiences,to put a lot of efforts in what they are not good at is an all-consuming task and less beneficial to the individual development.How education can be effective when different students who have different interests and genius to be teached in the same way and to be cultivated in same aspect.
Their critical thinking which content their own views and interests would be easily assimilisted thus the effect of education would be negatively affected.


However the entirely student-centered education in every stages of the study which never exist in our society is to some extent impossible considering the enery and financial possibilities that can be invested in.Imagin how much time and money would be spended in the process of the education of individual people.
It would be costly that the society would not sustain and education would become such a luxury that the education popularization would be impossible.

Moreover the  teacher-centered education would be meaningful to endow students with the basic knowledges and to cultivate the characters of the students.
Although people are distinctive in their interests and needs ,they have numerous intercommunties in their lives ,especially ,in the basic educations.
It would be unnecessary to teach students individually and the teacher-centered education can easily fulfill the purposes of these task.

In sum, education should aim at improvement of peple’s  distinctive abilities. And by far the more important is to make itpossible that people can recive proper education in the different stages in their study time. Only when this is achieved can education be effective when it caters to the interests and needs of individual student.

同意观点：

With the development of human culture, people pay more and more attention to education. Should both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools while our children have their own professional educates? The answer is positive. In order to make our children develop in all facets, it is extraordinarily necessary for both parents and communities to be involved in the local school. What they must do is to cooperate with the profession educators in order to make our children well educated and make the children a useful man/woman in the society.

（1）        为了孩子的全面发展家长和学校应该都参与其中
（2）        父母是孩子最早的老师对孩子的性格养成有极大影响，而老师是教会孩子各种知识道理的人所以也非常重要。
（3）        两者不可偏其一废。过分强调那一部分都是错误的
（4）        两中教育都是必不可少的。
There are still several other aspects relevant to this issue under discussion, which, unfortunately, I have no time to explore in detail here. Taking to all the reasons above, I will strongly restate my view of point that both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools while professional educates plays the most significant role in educating children.

There is no doubt that education plays an essential role in the progress of society. We invest in schools or institutions of learning to get back interest in the form of a large group of enlightened young men and women who are potential leaders. Furthermore teaching knowledge of society and multiplying experience of society is one of the most important parts of education. The deeper children understand society, the more contributions they will make to society. In my point of view, I agree with the speaker on the grounds that we have not found an effective way to raise children who can help bring about a better society.

1)整体框架不错，很有层次感，字数也达到了要求，不过中间的论证过程还不够有力，例子太少。
2)中间出现了许多语法错误，不应该的哦，建议写完后先copy到word里修改一下
3)语言方面，可以看出在尝试用一些比较有特点的表达方式，还有长句，不过感觉有些地方还用得不是很地道，这个毛病我也有，一起努力，呵呵
4)感觉还是很有潜力的，加油:--)
