In the highly developed stage of world wide economy, every business man and corporate has been devoting themselves to make financial prosperity. So there raise a question whether should the executives of corporate only emphasis gain money while take no consider of other affairs such as socially useful activities. Concerning this issue, I am prone to assert that though the businessmen should not neglect give necessary benefit to the public, their main task is to keep the survive and further development of their cooperate, which requires them make as much money as possible, of course within the admission of the laws.

To begin with, all businessmen should have the responsibility to benefit the public and promote the progress of the society. Just as one famous economist once said, and I paraphrase: the commercial activity equals to a pool, while the vote appears otherwise to be money. The one who receive most votes will have economical success. The prominent executives know their success are largely due to the acceptance and help from the society and the public. In return, after their personal success, they should and indeed do get devoted in the simultaneous improvement of the society. We can see that many brilliant merchants or CEO of world famous corporate, who are excel at making money to raise their employees, are also willing to patronize the socially useful activities  generously. Consider, for example, Bill Gates, the top rich individual in the world, keeps donating millions of dollars every year, and Warren Buffett, ranked third in the richest person list, has made an astonishing donation of 38 billion dollars at one time.

Yet, that is not to say the chief job for the executives would not lie in making money for their own company. As common sense, one, who can not yet lead his living, will not and has no capacity to help other financially. Similarly, if without financial prosperity, the company has no money to contribute to the public and the society. As a result, the first choices of the executives are to meet the need of their own, which includes researches of new product, the expansion of the market, the welfare of their employees, and other daily expense. Only after accomplishing all these tasks above, will the executives allocate parts of their budget to benefit the charities. Besides, whether the executives will help improve the progress of the society or not largely depends on their personalities. Of course, the leaders of corporate who also offer assistance of social develop deserve our admirations. However, if they do not make donations, people have no right to place disdain or personal attack toward these leaders of corporate.

Still, over concentration on gaining profit for personal aim or a small party would not be morally advocated. Merely placing emphasis on economical success would incite not only the greed hidden in the heart of human being but also the ambition to interfere social or political affairs. Many examples reveal that after the seemingly success, some leaders of corporate no longer mind the quality of their product or services any more. They choose to utilize cheaper materials or to increase the price, which largely harm the benefit for the public. What is more serious, many company would surprisingly gain their profit on the basis of the public's loss. Under this circumstance, what the government should do lie in that to enact legislations to regulate the behaviors of corporate to perform within the admission of the laws. At the same time, the society also has the accountability to appeal the successful executives to endow their strengthen to accelerate the development of the whole world.

In brief, the executives should hold as their jobs to not only make economical success for their own company but also give help to the whole society.
