11.Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

3.我们同时也应该考虑到特性教育也有些不如统一教育的地方，比如会导致学生非全面发展，凭学生的个人喜好而没有学习某些必要技能等，而这些东西若要单独的教育，则耗费巨大，超过社会家庭的承受能力


I agree with the speaker's broad assertion that education designed to meet the needs and interests of students is usually effective. However, the speaker unilaterally put too much emphasis on such individual education, while ignoring that general education may also have advantages which incividual education lacks of. My points of contention with the speaker involve the merits of the two sorts of education.

The individual education, which is specifically designed to meet the needs and interests of each student, shows its unalterable excellences mainly in two aspect. The most obvious advantage is that, the students may accept the education with more pleasure when their own needs and interests have been concerned. According to the research of educational psychologist, people will learn more effectively with a positive emotion than those without it. For example, the students attaching cartoons may be more willing to accept the advice of their teachers if they are enlightened by the stories of Mikey and Donald, and the ones who are spoony over basketball may be more motivated with the lure of a signature of Jorden. By the means similar, the teachers can gradually lead the topic to the business, and the resistance such as sleeping at the class may be largely decreased.

Accompanying with the increase of interests, the individual education is powerful on the excavation of the students' potential. As the individual education is specifically designed according to the peculiarity of everyone, it is more likely to dig out the genius such as cooking and jumping which may be ignored in general education, and therefore, can help the students to learn about it , develop it. In a long-term view, these unweighted gifted will gain unimaginable benefit from it, for instance, they may get many new friends ,or may even become a new star among contemporaris.However, of the most importance  they may lead a confident life out of the shadow of failure which once enwinded them.

Nevertheless, just as everything cannot be consummate, the individual education has its own confines. It has the underlying trend to educating just as the students requires, which fails to give an all-sided education lacking of general education. Moreover, many basic abilities necessary for everybody in society are not appropriate to be taught by individual education, such as some common senses which will cause an enormous waste is not endurable for society and families.

In sum, the education specifically designed will be more effective when we have think over the economic factors, the proper usage of resources, and other involving aspects.
