I agree with the author insofar as the experts evaluate it objectively. However, the so-called experts are not always correct and tend to deny people’s originality at time. Moreover, the critical judgment of the populace is also valuable.（第一次写出那么恶心的开头，限时的，没时间想了）

To begin with, at time the critical judgment of the so-called authority tends to deny some breakthrough in a certain field. The experts in that field often follow his experience and refuse the new idea without deep consideration. For example, even the great physicist Einstein has denied the quantum theory just because the theory contradicts with his which has been proved correct. Since they are the experts, sometimes they are a little arbitrary and critical to these new ideas. Moreover, at time, the new idea is beyond people's cognition including the expert. Take Van Gore as an example, he only sold one piece of his painting in his lifetime, because even the experts can hardly understand his paintings. Actually, these judgments of the expert misled the society to some extent. In this sense, the critical judgment of the experts is not so valuable as the speaker claims, but tends to be harmful to the society sometimes.

Furthermore, the critical judgment of ordinary member is valuable, because they are the practitioner of some products or policies. People who experience such new policies or the new project, and so on, have the priority to evaluate it, since they know better of the advantage and disadvantage than the designer or any other experts. For example, a certain welfare policy can not be evaluated by the experts in that field, since they can only analyze it from the theory and principle, but when it applied in the real life, its function may change, and the people experience in has known very well whether it works or not. Another example is the practical use of a certain product. The consumers know the defects in practical use better than the experts, since they are the practitioner. In a word, the critical judgments of the ordinary members who are the direct practitioners are more valuable than that of the experts.(自己觉得这一段在兜圈子，hoho)

Admittedly, the critical judgment of the experts can not be ignored, because they have more percipient and all-encompassing perspective in judging a piece of work most of the time. In fact, the experts tend to weigh against many factors before the judgment that have influence of a certain idea. For example, the populace may critical to the policy of the government, and sometimes object to certain policy which seems to damage the short-term benefits. But the experts can evaluate the certain policy more objectively and percipiently, and also they tend to look further than ordinary people. Therefore, the judgment of experts can be more considerate and more objective.（总觉得保留段和第一段自相矛盾）

To sum up, admittedly, most of the time the critical judgment of the experts tend to be more percipient; however, sometimes their opinions are too arbitrary and tend to deny the new ideas according to their experience; moreover, the evaluation of the ordinary member is also valuable, for they are the truly practitioner.
