------正文------
In the era of information, the technology develops at a flying speed. As a consequence, television and worldwide computer connections are interring common people's family. Thanks to the innovation of television and worldwide computer connections, we are provided a new way of appreciating the landscapes where we have never been. However, tourism would not be replaced by them anyway.
As one of the most valuable advantages, television and networks comfort people with the colorful images and continuous process of a trip; therefore, the audience is delighted to follow the television tour guide to enjoy the amazing sights of the outside world. Furthermore, television and networks do bring convenience for people to understand such beautiful landscapes. For example, according to the introduction of a certain place, television and networks spark people's interest; the routine of the tour help people fill in their plan; the telling background of history and culture may comprehend the meaning of how those natural place construct themselves and what is the story behind the places of interest......Thus, television and networks are popular among groups of people.
Nevertheless, though television and networks carry their own merits, what they can present are far from reaching people's expectation of tourism. That is to say, compared to television and networks, tourism gain its typical characteristic to those who are crazy about it. As is known to all, television and networks, through the way of skipping from one scene to another, only describing the outlines and general situation of a place to visit, cannot make people familiar with those blank places. Put in another words, what we acquire from television and networks only equates showing the continuous motive images on the screen, giving the only unilateral impression other than a full and three-dimensional one. Without the feeling of being into such scene of those places, people would be not entertained so easily.
What is more, it is impossible for people's interest and passion towards tourism decline only because of television and networks. Individuals have the basic require of escaping from their routine of life now and then to another brand new environment to release themselves and enjoy different life styles. And that is just what tourism can offer them. In a trip, people make friends with strangers, get to know the history and folk custom of a foreign country, meet their curiosity of every new thing they encounter. Therefore, tourism can be the most efficient medicine of curing people's tired feeling and low spirit and recharging them with the fresh energy.
In addition, the best influence television and networks set onto tourism is that they advertise for tourism. How can a booklet of tourism be better than the introduction television and networks provide? It is common sense that people may feel indescribable about what they spot on television and networks and then naturally tend to visit such fine landscapes and experience those places to be absorbed into the embrace of nature as well as the pictures the history and culture portray to them.
From what has been discussed above, we can safely draw the conclusion that television and networks do help people better understand the places for visiting, but tourism, within its special merits, would maintain its status in people's mind to be the best way of enjoying life. |
