There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws.
首先公平与否是一个模糊的概念
        公平受到personal value system 的限制
        公平受到personal interest的限制
法律是为了balance competing interests of people. 如果每个人都追求对自己的公平的话那么不会有公平和自己。会有bully，justice。
justifying a violation of one sort of law we would be on a slope toward sanctioning all types of illegal behavior. 社会秩序乱。
面对不公平法律的态度。应该通过合法手段废除法律。

The speaker asserts that society should disobey and resist unjust laws as well as obey just laws. As far as I am concerned, our society will step toward to chaos after adopting this measure.

It is unjustifiable to category the law as just and unjust for the following two reasons.
Firstly, the individual's opinion regarding the justness of a law largely rest on the his or her personal value system.  Different people with different background, different tradition and different education will deem the same behavior differently; thus there exist different standard of justness among different people. Considering that there are only three countries, Spain, Belgium and Netherland, all over the world which permit the gay or lesbian marriage and even in the United States there exist differences on deeming the abortion among different states, it is no difficult for us to understand that different people have different standards of justness.

Secondly, personal interest will be taken into account if individuals are allowed to judge the justness of law. For example, it is well known that the toxic effluent should not be emitted to public water such as river, brook and lake, for the public health and environmental concern. Yet, most executives of these factories nearby the public water should consider this prohibition of dumpage is unjusted because it violates their interest. It is why many paper mills along the Huaihe River, a heavy polluted river in China, continue to emit the waste water. In conclusion the individual judging of law may not be objective when the personal interests are taken into consideration.

Since there are different interests of people in the society, some may directly opposite each others, laws serve to balance the competing interest of various people. It is once said by a great socialist (as I paraphrased) "If everyone in the society pursues absolute fairness and freedom, there will be no such fairness and freedom for the entire society."  In a democratic society, laws are introduced to restrict the personal behaviors and balance the interests of all individuals so that the interests of the entire society are insured and benefits of all citizenry could be achieved. If the disobey of certain is permitted by our society, it is quite possible that some people may harvest more benefits at the expense of loss of benefits of other people, which is against the democratic principal that all people are born equal. In short, disobeying and resist to some "unjust" laws will breach democracy.

Justifying a violation of one sort of law the society would stand on a slope toward sanctioning all kinds of illegal behaviors. Granted that individuals could disobey and resist unjust laws as they thought, which people and which kind of behavior should be the preferences? Definitely there might be no such kind of criterion of preferences, so every individual in the society would claim the right to disobey the law and inevitably, some of them will commit, criminals; thus resulting the turbulence of entire society. So justifying the violation of law will cause the terrible result of the entire society.

In sum, laws, although some may be deemed as unjust by some people serve as the lubricant in the democratic society and all people in the society should be required to obey laws. Otherwise, the turbulence will be caused and no one will enjoy the fairness and freedom. If some of the people are indeed unjust to most of the people, they should be canceled through legal procedure.
