There are many other facts that influence the sails of the company such as after-sale service, quality of products, credit of company, etc. The mere fact that extensive advertising campaign cannot make us to believe this will significantly lead to a rise of the sales.

Thirdly, given that the company’s advertising campaign does have achieved the effect of increasing sales, the situation of other aspects remains unknown because the author never refers to these. Perhaps the nation is under a depression or war that economics will be easily undermined due to the special case. Also, how about the market? If the market encounters colossal resist for certain products as one of these products compromises consumers' benefits, no company will gain abundant benefits during a short time. As the matter, even the Whirlwind company leads a better condition in most of aspects, we cannot accept the author's sweeping conclusion that Whirlwind will increase its sales dramatically in the next few months.

In sum, the conclusion is not defensible as it stands. To better assess this conclusion, the author has to provide more information about the survey to persuade us that this survey is representative. Also, the author should offer enough evidence to certify that the company will assuredly increase its sales.
