issue83 wilderness areas 大家来拍,还有7天考试, 诚恳回拍!
[你忘了贴题目啦~
Issue83
Government should preserve publicly owned wildness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people.]
I strongly agree with speaker assertion that as a perspicacious government should hold accountable for preserving the wilderness areas, particularly in today, because the wilderness to a large extent relate the survival of we human being for the long term. Therefore, government should enact some act and laws to prohibit overusing and blindly exploiting the natural resource in the wilderness areas so that avoid the "valuable wealth" are squandered by human being, as discussed below.
To begin with, one reason for my fundamental agreement with speaker is that wilderness areas play a vital role in providing the plenty of resource with [to] human being, but as these finite natural resource [resources] we should carry out the strategy of sustainable development. In retrospect, from the historical age to modern time, from the ancient tool [tools] and quarry to now commodity [commodities] such as automobile, snack, coal, [and] natural gas they all spring from the natural resource. Were one day the natural resource in the wilderness areas to be depleted, the advancement of human being's society would surly be thwarted, and even the survival of human would be threatened as a result. After all, some wilderness areas are difficult and even impossible to restore the former level after overusing and over-exploiting. Of course, were government to completely prohibit us to make use of the natural resource of wilderness areas, such policy and behavior would be airy and threaten the survival in the short term. Therefore, all the analysis above illustrates that as government should scientifically allocate the use of wilderness areas, and do their best effort to prevent the serious destruction and pollution. In the mean time, as for wilderness areas, we are inherit from our forefather, but we should not borrow form [from] our children.
In addition, another reason why I essentially agree with speaker is that today, we are encountering the adversity about a great number of wilderness areas sitting on the volcano. With the dramatic growing of the population and economy, the pressure of wilderness areas become unprecedented serious. One apt illustration this point of view involves some poor Third world [World,要大写就两个都大写,否则两个都小写也行] countries, including some countries in Asian, African, and so forth. In order to pursue the economic profits, the government [governments] pamper publics to overuse the natural resource. Such as deforestation, and water pollution, and deterioration of air quality, have become [the] most serious problem today. Were government to continue to ignore these problems, the nature would make negative feedback --the disaster to human being. One example shedding light on this point involves the global worming, and green house effect, stemming from the over disforestation. With the increase of global temperature, Arctic and Antarctica ice tend to be thawed, so that many land [lands] and cities whose [whose是用于人的,物的用which] altitude are relative low would sink into the sea as a result. In short, we should keep our eyes on these problem [problems]; otherwise, we risk committing suicide.
Finally, it is necessary and even desirable for government to enact some law to limit the human actions in the wilderness area. In considering the America, it was the first country which enacted the wilderness act. As it turn [turns] out, many wilderness areas avoid being destructed. In the mean time, government establishing some national parks, such as famous yellow stone park [首字母要大写:Yellow Stone Park], protect these [this] natural wealth. While people visit these places, they are educated and then embrace a strong sense of mission which preserve the wilderness areas.
In sum, from what have been discussed, I strongly agree with speaker assertion that government should take a great effort in preserving the wilderness areas and scientifically using the natural source in virtue of some law means. In the final analysis, as only the one of species [这有问题吧,only the one of species是什么啊?难道其他动物不是species that live on the Earth;作者想说,人类是最高级的物种是吧,好像也不是什么highest species;不过人类倒是可以翻成the species] which live in [on] the earth, human being should [差个not顿时全文的话白说了。。。] deprive of other species’ right that share the earth resource. Otherwise we would be retaliated by the nature.
[觉得写得很不错了,中间那些不说了;就说说总体感觉——
全文结构清晰,语言也很不错(这个很让我羡慕啊~~)
再有点不确定的就是:整篇习作并无点到那个论说中的wilderness areas 是publicly owned 的;还有第二段中说到human being 对于natural resources 的 overuse,而题目还说到一个 even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people. 而作者在文中没有涉及到这两点的论证,是否有些不足呢?在原文论证的过程中稍微点到,岂不更好?
还有,我用word统计了一下,这篇习作有近650单词,是否在限时情况下写得呢?当然,这也是有可能的,我就在限时写过604~;若不是在限时情况下则建议赶紧限时写~;
