There lie too many social problems nowadays, which expand to a world wild extent. However, whether every nation needs to support the development of a global university designed to solve such problems and whether that would make efficiency are still open to question.

There is no escaping the fact that the current world is suffering from a large quantity of social problems, which are all urgent to be solved. As the development of the science and technology and within the certain rhythm we enter the era of information, our society step into a brand new age as well. Consequently, that also brings us many problems. Let us take the environmental problems for example. Environment, where we share with other creatures and gain what nature offers us, are getting into a trouble because of people's extensive exploration to the nature and the process of industrialization. People without considering the potential influence their behavior may place onto the nature; neglect their responsibility to preserve our homeland. What is worse, the trend of such tragedy would never be reversed.

Nevertheless, when it comes to the assertion that whether a nation should help support the development of no matter what kind of university, the first we should take into account is the objectives we may face to, that is students. An efficient and effective university is supposed to be suitable to meet the characteristics of the students. But it is common sense that students are naive and far from being familiar with those detailed situation in the society when they just enter the university. They may even feel strange with the social problems nowadays, let alone have any mature comprehension towards them. That is to say, to leave the complex task of solving the current social problems to the university students may to some extent equates ignorance to the social security and people's life quality.

What is more, the certain social problems different countries encounter vary a lot indeed. Though sometimes there is need for the cooperation among different nations, it is the priority of each country to focus on their own problems other than the global ones. When it comes to this claim, there comes no better example than the one with nuclear weapons. Now the whole world reach at the same commitment of no production and possession of nuclear weapons, however, some nations deny what they have promised in public and continue their study and experiment according to their own will. How can the world be kept in peace within minority's violation of the global rules? We may conclude that each nation should make changes of them first then participate in the solution of the global social problems. And there comes no necessity even impractical for a nation to be distracted to other problems than its own.

And moreover, on the practical level, every nation can establish the most appropriate way to release certain crises that exist in their own society, for it is the nation itself who know it better. A nation bear more advantages than any other nations in understanding what their most serious social problems really are and capacity of completing any deserved tasks. In short, it should be left more independent space for a nation to recognize its limitation and its problems and choose the most benefit way to solve certain problems.

From what has been discussed above, whether it is positive or negative, one thing is certain that global university designed to engage students to solve the world's most persistent social problems is not that advisable as mentioned in the speaker's assertion. Such development would bring many disadvantages and may not make any sense upon the solution of the global social problems.

第二段只是说明了有问题要解决，应该再点一下globale university can solve these problems.

第三段你是要说students不习惯解决当前的问题吗？好像没有什么证据，这一段都是在"students不习惯解决当前的问题"成立的假设上论述危害。

第四段是想说国家会把自身的问题优先吧，我觉得可以第一句话说得明白点，而且论点可以延伸一下：Nearly every nation will give its own benrfits the most priority.这样你的例子就更贴切了。

第五段也是可疑的，你说一个国家可以在自身范围内找到最好的解决方案，但是论证不充分。比如说看过后我的第一想法就是虽然国家最了解自身的问题，但是在global university里国家仍然可以解决这个问题啊，你没有说就有困难，我也不觉的有多少困难。

呵呵，提了这些问题主要是针对思路的，你的语言很好啦，思路要严密一些就好了。
