In my opinion, it is more important to own an ability of well cooperation today than in the past. Since times keep changing and the world becomes more complex, we can never live in the narrow family or community circle that we use to. So those who obtain perfect cooperation skills turn into the perfect person that suit the current society.

Firstly, multinational or multicultural cooperation has become much more ordinary and demanded an efficient cooperation nowadays. As the circumstance we live in has changed itself into a global village, the mastery of cooperation is a must for the touch between people from dissimilar regions and civilizations. Even, when people come from the same place, they can also be differential from the aspects such as the background, knowledge, customs or life styles. And these discrepancies can be the obstacle of communication.

Secondly, we can point out that a businessman cannot have the access to succeed without the well cooperation with others. A perfect manager could induce the controversy about the company’s development plan, get the core idea among quarreling buddies and help others to choose the first-class direction together. Cooperation is such an important ability that many companies define their corporation culture as cooperation efficiently. Those who have the ability undoubtedly will be more competitive and make their terms more successful and businesslike.

Finally, the development of science calls for the cooperation from different subjects and knowledge. The ancient scientists usually exploit in one region, and independently build the footstone of science. But from today’s information about the evolution of science, we can learn many new nouns—physical chemistry, environmental economics and so on. Varied areas are invented to find the mystery of natures and society. Sometimes, a scientist could not obtain a range of knowledge, so there comes the cooperation. A successful scientist may not know a great number of knowledge, but he should learn to combine others’ production and expand his research.

To conclude, the ability to cooperate with others well is less important in the past than today. To adjust to the rapidly changing world, cooperation is an undoubtedly ability that every need to seize.
