Honesty is the most cardinal characteristic among all the ones leading to a person’s success for all the personalities that have something to do with achievement including intelligence, perseverance, diligence, etc.（这样写对不对） are less crucial compared to honesty. Honesty is an essential quality for people devoting themselves to science research or just working in academic learning（对否？）. As a very scrupulous career, any kind of dishonesty in studying might be regarded as cheating, which is intolerable by any sort of criteria. To be honest means to be loyal to fact and reality while being dishonest is a flighty and irresponsible behavior. Every one who has succeeded in studying throughout the history is fraught with honesty.

Honesty is also critical for workers as a worker without honesty is unlikely to attain his goal in his career. My uncle, Bob Smith, as a case in point, is a successful businessman owning two large corporations in Utah.（吹牛的） He attributes his success mostly to his honesty. As he once put, it was his integrity and honesty that contributes to his coming of summit in the field of business.

In social life, honesty plays a vital vole as well. There is a well-known proverb stating that in the long run, a person with great honesty will receive what he deserves.（自创的所谓名言） This undeniable（如何升级） saying showed us the great importance of honesty in daily life. We can readily see that an honest person is always hailed by people and a felow with honesty and probity is popular in any community. Being popular(升级？） surely is a part of being successful, isn’t it?

Above all, I maintain that to be honest is the most indispensable personality for any person willing to be successful(有没有同意替换）. No matter who he is, honesty seems to be something that can never be discarded.
