Whether the study of common sense or a branch of knowledge, such studying process related to education is both constituting and remolding human framework of world view(人类对世界的认知结构? Human’s cognition to the world? Sorry, I’m not sure). I fundamentally agree with the author’s assertion that the study of an academic subject translates the way of our apperceiving the world in that such notion reflects the cognitive procedure of human beings, about which human always recognize themselves and the mysterious world through devious and spiral ways. 好久没有拜读Norman的大作,语言进步很大阿~~
Above all, human beings are born with ignorance and innocence. Though (through注意哦, 你在改我的文章时也错过的~~) the study, they become more intelligent and objective to deal with (这个deal with和认知世界还是很有区别的吧) the world than ever before. As uncivilized creatures, they tend to recognize themselves and the world with more emotion rather (3) than with intelligence. With knowledge instilled, especially in any academic discipline, human being is increasingly cultivated, and then is apt to perceive the world with multi-angle of view, which results in their attitudes to the world with more fair and objective (词性错more fairly and objectively). Take a controversial issue, abortion, for example. Just from the medical point, abortion indeed represents a development of modern medicine, at least as an unimaginable case one hundred years ago; from the religious point of view, it may infringe upon human rights; from the respect of political economy, it is a national policy for the sake of harmonious development in undeveloped countries. Without sufficient specific background and knowledge, human perspective to the world would bog down (to) the unintelligent and unfair dilemma of either right or wrong. Therefore, by the study of academic subject (复数), what about human seeing the same world with different eyes means their perspectives about the world with diverse and diversiform angle (复数) of views.

What is more, through the study of academic disciple (disciplines), human will find out their own deficiencies and correct their fallacies as before in reality, especially in effects to the world. As we know, just as the development of science comes through the negatively and spirally ascending way, so does the human perspective to the world. Consider, take global warming as an example. And now in order to make up human lapses, governments have enacted a serried of rules and acts to decrease and eliminate the direct and indirect emission of carbon dioxide. What is wiser, the recently proposed notion about carbon neutral, as a more active method to neutralize the effect of carbon dioxide to the world, was quickly popular and even appeared on the new Oxford American dictionary in 2006.
