Everyone wants (to) be a leader, including a little child. From all of the movies and classic novels, the leader, no matter good or not, often has an ability to change the whole situation, and he/she is the only one who can do it. As important as he/she is, more honor and profits are given to the leader, which is for another reason that everyone care about. Then the question rises, what should a leader do to be effective? Should(Must) a leader maintain the highest ethical and moral standards as well?
A leader is a model to all of stuff(all staff). As the old Chinese saying, that the stuff(staff) cannot be hardworking and fight for the company, only if the leader do not prefer to do it.(這句吧not…until和only if混淆了) A leader often works harder than the stuff(staff), as the leader comes early, yet is the last one left(leaves at latest). With the supervision of the leader, the stuff(staff) can fell the pressure and responsibility, which urge the stuff not to stop work, and(but to) do other things, and only through this, can the company finally make profits, and then both the leader and the stuff(staff) can get one part of it.(這個句子特別長的樣子,像是很多個句子用逗號串起來的) A leader also needs to find some choice(你想說機會嗎?) to reward the stuff(staff), which (will) make the stuff happier about the work. In this way, maintaining the highest and ethical and moral standards is useful.
However, no matter what the leader could be, to have a good communication with the stuff(staff) is essential, which means that leader should have the(不是特指吧,用some hobbies好一點) ordinary hobby as the stuff(staff). For the leader who only talks about the work, the stuff(staff) may feel terrified, because the work, no matter what it is, often brings pressure and responsibility to the worker.(建議改成The staff, whose leader only talks about the work, may feel terrified because the work, no matter what it it, often brings about pressure and responsibility.) Then the leader has to do other things, and sometimes maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards is impossible. Bad hobbies (such) as smoking and drinking, and even bad joking, is a perfect way to have a close relationship to the stuff(staff) that also have the same hobbies. And take the whole stuff(staff,後面的我不改了,這是個很吃虧的錯誤呀) traveling, which is sometimes thought as lack of working sprits, is essential to make the cooperation of the stuff, and have a good environment of stuff when at working.
What the stuff care about the leader is the spiritual and material profit the leader brings to the stuff, and the highest ethical and moral standards can only partly help the leader to accomplish this. That is to say, the stuff often wants more salary and do(does) less work, yet the character of the leader becomes noting after all. Then there is only one thing that the leader can use to balance the working efficiency and the incoming of the stuff: the salary. And dealing with the stuff on salary may sometimes be bad ethical and moral standards, yet it is inevitable.
In conclusion, to be a(an) effective leader, maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards is not the best choice. What is more important is make a balance between the pressure of the work and the cooperation of the stuff. Sometimes leader has to use bad method to deal with the bad thing. Only thorough(through) this way, can the leader finally be efficient and succeed in the end(和finally重複了吧).
