So we can infer that loyalty is the high-degree identification of a person with another person or institution, on the precondition of not damaging the universal human values such as liberty, equality, respect for life and dignity. To sum up, loyalty has its positive and negative aspects. A world without loyalty has no difference with the hell. Nonetheless, loyalty must be tempered by other virtues, such as fairness, tolerance, and respect for other people and for oneself.
