According to the title statement, while I agree with the speaker that education systems which can take into account the specific needs and interests of each student will help them to develop their distinct potential and talent, this kind of education may lead to some potential problems.

I concede that the student-centered education can mostly effectively involves the interests of student, since in this system, student will be much more activitly engaged in learning knowledge without the necessity to learn what does not interest them,or what seems to be of no apparent help to their future careers. And I also have to admit that such an specifically designed education can help us to solve the stark gap between the abilitites of gifted individual and his or her actual accomplishments. The above disparity are result from various factors, for example, negative social consequences of being percevied as smart,
emotional and psychological factors. But
one often overlooked contributor to this problem is that the general eductiaon can not satisfy the gifted students need,
and result in the loss of the interest in too-easy class.

Nerverthless, the opinion of specifically designed education appears to be merely idealistic plan,
and has some potential problems which would prevent it from beding feasible in a large scale. Under today's genereal education circumstances, the number of teachers is becoming less and less, while the demand of teacher is increasing year by year. It is hard forthe schools to find enough teacher to fulfill the requirement of this idealistic education system. But even if educational resources abound,
how can people devise a curriculum that can deal with so many different needs and interests?

Moreover, even we are able to resolve the above problems, such specifically designed education should not take the place of the traditional general education. The reason is that the lack of general knowledge may have negative effects on students'study, prevent them from devloping their interests. Take the high education for example, students can learn a wide variety of subjects in the school, whiche nsure them have basic knowledge to explore their interests.
How can we imagine a student without the knowledge of mathematics and logic theory to be a good computer scientist? Same for the other respects.

Inconclusion,
while I agree with the speaker's statement that the needs and interests of individuals should be fully considered in the education system,
the compulsory education need to be guaranteed.

Nerverthless, the opinion of specifically designed education appears to be merely idealistic plan,

It is hard for the schools to find enough teacher to fulfill the requirement of this idealistic education system. But even if educational resources abound,
how can people devise a curriculum that can deal with so many different needs and interests?(印象中 在i中出现反问句,似乎作者应该给出答案来着)

个人觉得这个issue比之前那个argu写得好很多,论据什么的都比较充分,各个分论点之间环环相扣
