There is a well-known saying that "Interest is the best teacher". In the light of this statement, students can be very creative if they engage in what they are interested in. They should endeavor to convey fundamental knowledge and help to shape students' interests. However, teacher resources are far from actual need for every student may need a private tutor. Hence, effective education should come to the balance between limited teaching resources and various individuals’ needs. In addition, whether the public resources such as libraries are fully used can reflect the educational quality. Education is effective for society if they find that the students are the right people they are looking for. No company would like to recruit some freshmen who know little about interpersonal relationship or those who know anything about teamwork. People, society expects to obtain, are those who can effectively communicate and work together with others to finish a complex project. Hence, society plays a significant role that should help students realize the social need and enrich their capabilities, cooperating with educational institutions. When qualified social members are cultivated from students in schools, education is effective for the whole society.
In summary, whether meeting individuals’ needs and interests is just one of three aspects to evaluate the education. Only can we say education is truly effective when students, educational institutions and the society all have met their own demand.
