Have you experience the deadly stress that when facing up with a drastic competition but you lose heart? Have you ever felt unhelpful when you have been through too many failures? If you have those feelings, it is not strange for you to extremely long for confidence. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, as a teacher, teaching is his or her first consideration, but it is more important for them to make students build confidence.

Almost for sure, we will confront many difficulties and failure when trying to achieve our ambitions, so that we should have a good emotion and confidence with our ability. Without confidence and persistence, Edison, who invented the bulb and brought our life into the time of electricity, would not to try again when he had been defeated for 1800 times. He was finally successful, not because he was rather smart or imaginative, but he is confident and persistent. Also this case is not rare, when Albert Einstein was a child, he was not very talented, but he was confident about his interest and curiosity therefore he put forward the theory of relativity, which made him win the Nobel Prize. Therefore, confidence is very important, especially for the students, who is just growing and developing the viewpoint of the world.


In most case, a people's success is not up to what he has learned, but how to deal with the problem or failure. In modern society, many people have acquired high-quality education and embraced the abilities towards success. But why so many people do not achieve his or her ambitions? Confidence plays a very important role in the process. If you are always worried about your ability, how can you convince others people to believe you and work together: how can you spirit up when you meet a hit, how can you try your best to welcome the new challenge. So make yourself confident, the fortune’s expensive smile will be gain. Although you have failed for many times, just keep in mind that in every adversity, there lies the seed of an equivalent advantage; in every defeat there is a lesson showing you how to win the victory next time.

To sum up, without any question, as a student, our first duty is to study well the basic knowledge and skill, so that teachers should put more energy and time into teaching. However, to build confidence may be a more difficult and necessary task for teachers. If the teacher wants the students to have a better life and attitude for future, please teach them how to become confident.
