Every college student will face the career choice after they leave university and enter society. Some people prefer to find a job in Google or IBM, while others would like to go to certain small local company. Personally, I tend to be a member in famous corporation. My reasons are as followed.

To begin with, regardless of salary, working experience in big enterprise is more valuable for fresh man. Big companies must have their own advantages and special abilities to earn more profit and take up more market share. Having an opportunity to serve it means you can get in touch with all of the wonderful knowledge. No matter whether you will stay here, you will no doubt benefit from this job in your future.

What’s more, working in big company can give you a much broader space to develop yourself. To take my sister as an example, she found a job in the lower echelon of Google, while her classmate was employed as a chief in a department of a small company. In five years, her classmate is still a chief and has little feeling of achievement, however, my sister has been promoted to a position where she takes charge of human resource department and will have a chance to study abroad.

Last but not least, there are more outstanding persons in big company. Tang taizong, one of the most influential statesmen in Tang Dynasty, said that meeting the right person in one’s life is his luckiest thing. In large corporation, our excellent colleague and boss have a positive impact on us if we get along well with them. On one hand, they can impart their failure experience to us which contributes to avoiding making similar mistakes for us. On the other hand, they can introduce us into a social circle where we can meet success men in other fields.

To conclude, I argue that working in famous company have .tremendous advantages for us because it provides us valuable working experience, a broader space to improve ourselves and opportunity to know more successful men. Thus in my view, it is a reasonable choice to find a job in large enterprise.
