第一次写，有些地方很牵强。谢谢大家

Last month, one of my friends, Xu, took ainterview. After two weeks, the result came out, and my friend was beaten byanother interviewee, for that Xu did not wear a suit. He told me he wasconfusing because his test score was better than the companion. So was I. Is the apparent more important than the knowledge forexample some good ideas? I do not think so, and several reasons will stand upfor my opinion.
  Firstly, I think nobody will deny that whata company need is real works instead of furnishes. A good idea could make adifference. For instance, when I was in high school, my class master was alwaysin a dirty coat. I did not like her very much, at the beginning. on the daythat we have a problem to deal with the cleaning duty, he made a plan and hencesolved the problem. This affair changed my class, and, also, my opinion an him.That is why still hold the point that the dresses are not important.
Secondly, we should admit that a man in a good suit andmatch tie surely will draw more attention.

    As an old Chinese saying goes “goodhorses rely on saddle, good people need clothes.” That is understandable that goodlooks are important, but it is also worth suspecting if the good looks take ahigher place than good ideas. One will not find the heart beneath the appearance.I have read lots of novels in which the most handsome one usually will beworst. On the other hand, our experience could tell us the good looks does notequal to the good heart.
     In this rapid society, it is not easy for people toobserve a people, so the appearance takes a significant role in judging others.The Prada coat and LVbag tell surroundings the owner’s wealth and taste. It is reasonable thatpeople trust his king of people rather than one in the tee and jeans. Neverthelessthe way to success is always long and tough. The real aspect of one will beexposed to the public sooner or later. At that moment, the surroundings willchoose a idea person. According to the reasons above, I think the winner willbe the good ideas owner.

表达方面还好，但是要注意每段都要有一个分论点来做第一句，然后这段的内容都要围绕分论点展开。
