"Because of its spectacular natural beauty and consistent climate, Clearview should be a top choice for anyone seeking a place to retire. As a bonus, housing costs in Clearview have fallen significantly during the past year, and real estate taxes remain lower than those in neighboring towns. Nevertheless, Clearview's mayor promises many new programs to improve schools, streets, and public services. Retirees in Clearview can also expect excellent health care as they grow older, since the number of physicians in the area is far greater than the national average."

The author of this argument holds the point that the Clearview should be the top choice for anyone seeking a place to retire. At the same time the author listed the lower house cost; the beautiful environment and the consistent climate; the mayor promises and more physicians compared to the national average. Seemingly reasonable as the argument is, there are some aspects require further consideration.

To begin with, given the nature environment of this area is beauty and the climate of it is consistent as the author mentioned, no information illustrated the environment and climate here can cater the favorite of the old people even proper for their health care. Further more, the housing costs have fallen significantly during the past year dose not mean it will not increase in the future. Cases are that, as the housing costs of this area became lower than other places, more and more people come here and buy houses, the result of this is that the house costs in this area will increase dramatically.

The first factor should be considered for searching a place to retire is the public service related the old people. So the mayor promises mentioned by the author have no connection to his or her conclusion. At first consideration, we do not know weather the promises can be come true, and in the second, given those promises can be enforced; the schools and streets are less related to the old men life.

Finally the mere fact that the number of physicians in this area is far greater than the national average can not indicate the old men in this area can get good health care. In the first place, we do not know the condition of the local hospitals, and in the second, we wonder the technology level of the physicians in the Cleatview. It is entirely possible that the hospitals here are far below the average level of the nation and most of the physicians in this area are new graduated students without any experience.

In all concerns mentioned above, this argument is entirely open to question. To bolster it the author should cite some surveys include the climate and the environment of this are as well as the hospital condition and the doctors level in this distinct. Further the economic state and develop rate of the Clearview also should be regarded. The only information emerged in this argument failed to support the conclusion made by the author.
