I acknowledge that all of nations in supporting the development of a global university which its main purpose is to allow students committed to addressing the world's most intractable social problems are really necessary.However,on the other side said, in order to solve these problems, to rely solely on a university is not enough, and that the world's university may also be the tool in
politics by those major sponsors and thus lose its original function and significance.

Globally, we face many common problems such as environmental pollution, energy shortages, financial crisis, terrorist unrest.
Some time ago, the meeting held in Copenhagen is a good example. Although for environmental issues,they did not produce any substantial solutions, we can see from the efforts of our future direction. If we establish such a global university, all students can negotiate to solve environmental problems, I believe that the efforts of these elites will come up with a better solution than the Copenhagen conference program did.

Of course, in the academic context, these elites coming from different countries and regions will also communicate with each other. The ideas divided on many different parts of the original will also be in communication which will also gradually be soluted. Meanwhile, in everyone's mutual contacts among each other,for the other's background, culture, customs and habits will be understood, they will finally lead the people of the world together with mutual respect for each other's cultures and beliefs. I think that the new technology, the new international situation, and the new changes will appear. Under the joint efforts of the world's top scientists, the human genome has basically been portrayed out. So that ,I’m sure under the leadership of the students in the global university the world's people will be more unity and friendship.

From the other side said that the school may also become a tool of the political and power struggle. Major sponsorship countries will enjoy more decision-making power, and thus harness the school's all things, so that the university will lost its original meaning and purpose. These countries will be willing to first solve the problems for its own benefit, and that may jeopardize the interests of a number of other relevant countries, eventually it will lead to chaos and instability in the international situation.

Finally, in order to solve global problems, a university alone is not enough. We can also meet the challenges of these critical issues through many other ways, such as the International Conference on the network. Moreover, even if relying on the university ,the number of students who have the right to go to this university is too little, for the entire world situation, which is limited
in significance.
