3.8：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? One of the best ways for parents to help their teenage children prepare for adult life is to encourage them to take the part-time job.

How do children grow up? It is not just as they spend some time on doing something. Most of people prefer that "trouble" can help human grow very fast. If teenage children enjoy doing something, they may never want to change it. But when they face trouble, they must find all the way to deal with it, including making some sacrifices.
Let's consider doing what things can change teenage children first. First and the most dangerous trouble, is the nature disaster, such as earthquakes, which may take thousands of lives. But it seldom happens, and this is too dangerous for a children deal with. Another event changes the life style of children gradually, but has a profound effect, and that is exam. In order to pass some exams, teenage children work hard and make a great comparison between others. And I consider part-time job as the least important to teenage children.
Imagine what teenage children can do in the part-time job. The modern society requires the person who can use high-technology and take a responsibility of the company. Of course children do not have enough intelligence to handle high-technology. What is more, companies can not trust the men who do not married, for they have not take the responsibility of the family. Thus, the job left for children to handle are such things as cleaner or waiter, and this is just not the way children can grow up. They may simply become tools of society.
In all, I prefer children to make a great deal with their study and physics education. And this is the most competitive way, which will lead teenage children grow fast. When they finally have a chance to do high-technology or can take responsibility for the company, they may be seize the chance and then grow up quickly.
