Admitly(Admittedly), I agree with that the new leadership can bring in recitalization which can improve the current situation in any realms such as business and politics. However, we can not deny the importance of the experience helping people solve the problems in a better way. Therefore, I think whether 5 years is long enough for a leadership should be considered case-by-case.
Nowadys, in this modern society, everything develops rapidly. As human beings, we do need to catch up with the pace of our world or we will fall behind. For example, it was beyong ancesters' imagination that we can fly in the sky like birds traveling around the earth in such short time. In their mind, the world was so big that nobody had the strength to overcome all the difficulies. Whereas modern people make it came true. On another hand, long time ago, the only way for people to communicate far away was sending letters. However, unfortunately, there were too much things unsure such as the safety of them and when would letters arrived recieved by the right person. This unconvinient situation was totally adversed as soon as the Internet came into being. Thanks to this high technology, it becomes easy for homesickers to send letters back home which just costs several seconds. For the reason given above, to achieve success, the sure way is to update the minds and methods following the society's development.
It is a common sense that the new generation acknowledge more high-tech than those older than them. As we can see, in our families, parents always have no idea about what their childern are doing and thinking about. When children are using computers to chat 'face to face' with their friends, parents still keep the tradition that talking on phone. So, there are great differences between two generation. And this revolution progress may even has decreased to a shorter period of time. As the person in power of any profession, he or she should be able to lead the whole team to earn much more money, or make citizens have a better live, or give students the best education which need this leader can cathch up the society. Can you believe that a person whose mind stays in the begning of 20th century lakc the knowledge of computer can give a bright future to his people? Definately, it is impossible.
On the other side, there are some reasons demonstrating the older one can not be easily replaced by the new generation. Experience can be representive. Lots of unpredicable obstracles waiting for us to solve in real affairs which need experience. However, as a young leader, he or she lacks of it which may cause a big failure even thongh the person knows a lot about the latest technologies and thought. From this, we should realize the importance of the older leadership. (这一段在你的观点里也是很重要的一部分,感觉有点少,似乎再展开一些更好)
In summary, we should not easily announce that those in power must step down after 5 years. It needs to be considered when faced with unsimilar situation. Perhaps, sometimes the experienced ones are more suitable that the young.
观点很明确,但是感觉主体部分前两段的例子跟主题不太贴切。因为主题应该体现的是新领导人能够给团队带来活力,而从例子中不太能看出这点,特别是leadership
还有就是那些world 一下就出来的小错误,我没有改,希望楼主注意 |
