Universities should give every member of the team the same grade when the team finishes a project.

There is a public discussion nowadays as to the issue whether universities should give every member of the team the same grade when the team finishes a project .Some people who think that universities should   not give every member the same grade, for not all of the member try his best in the project, while people who are in favor of it hold that it is good for team-work .I think that universities should give every member the same grade.
Now days , member’s duty plays an important role in team which is the key to success .My friend Li work as a collector in TEC which research in America sustained and rapid development of Economy in past 10 years .Collecting the date such as interest rates  ,GDP ,CPI and so on , his work is quit easy. The team wouldn’t get the success without taking advantage of the important date .Even so seemingly insignificant role can affect the project .So universities should give every member the same grade.
Member act as different part in the team .I work as an intelligence agent in team . Collecting information , I try my best to do the work ,even though I am not the main member .But the precious information help our team to get wonderful achievement .            
The other people think that universities should not give every member the same grade ,for some of the member would be lazy .Needless to say ,there is someone wouldn’t try his best to work in the project ,but he get the equality grade .The other member would fell unfair ,and may be affect the project .
In sum ,I think universities should give every member of the team the same grade when the team finishes a project. Obviously, all the evidence confirms an undoubted conclusion that working together can not only increase the efficiency, but also get wonderful achievement.
