Do you agree or disagree the following statement？
Successful people take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well.

There is a relationship between the sucessful people and risks, and many cases of the succeeded men have improved it. Therefore, some people, who hold as above that successful people perfer to take challenging things and take risks rather than the thing that they've good at. As far as I see, it is not the succeeded men like to do the things which coexisted with risks, but people who is encouraged enough to take the challenging things with risks are get success more possible. The reasons are they uaually more bravest, more fortitudinous and more determined than the ordinary ones.

Most important of all, the courage to challenge the new things which are full of risks is the prerequisite for one to achieve something of all his of her lives. Take a famous
succeeded man for example, the creator of Microsoft Bill Gates. As we know, Gates do not complete his education in Harvard because he decide to own his own corporation for lack of time if he continue to stay at school and write his software just as a part-time job. But that is not to say Gates does not appreciate the value of the education of Harvard, that is he must choose a more critical one from his own company and the education. However, Gates succeed in the end, which is most due to his courage to make that determination I think.

Moreover, the characteristic of fortitude is another indispensable factor for people to have an achievement. It is cannot deniable that the news things which go with risks often makes the people failed in the beginning. That is means that if a man who does not make a well preparation to infront the loss in the first step, his goal
will be always hangs in the sky. The story of the famed poet LiBai in old China has express this view. LiBai is not a studious boy when he was young, since he hated to keep himself on study until one day he encounter a old grandma who was adrading a fat iron stick. The little boy was very curious about the action, however, after he was been told that the old women plan to abrade the stick into a needle, he was been ignited. Finally, LiBai succeed.

Last but not least, the third thing the succeeded people got is to decide a choice more rapidly and wisely. The reason why people should do a rapid determination is that the opportunities and time for him to decide is usually very limited. And once he lose the chances or miss the time, he may also be face failed.

In conclusion, not Bill Gates want to challenge to run his own company, that is he do those things with risks then he gets succeed. So I prefer to the opinion that people who are fortitudinous enough, encouraged enough end determined enough can succeed.
