I strongly agree with the speaker's threshold claim of children's socialization is the vital part of society development. Socialization defines as converting and meeting the society needs, determine a society's further by making its member becoming an effective part of it. Children represent a society' further and our expectation. These two needs perfected mixed. People who lack the skill of socialization might not adjust the society. Consider a telling example of a group of people named OTAKUs, who were derived from Japan. They are trapped in their childhood interests. Including animation, video game, internet, and the sense of security at home. These people are the reverse example of these who are not well socialized. They have their own world, cut off with others, and they are afraid of communicating. As a result, these people lack the ability to fit the real world. Certain social problems have long been emerged among these people, such as suicide, crime, infantile autism and so forth. In this case, we will find the importance of the socialization.
To the speaker's ultimate claim, i concede it is extreme and pessimistic, In our modern society, depending on the developing education, we have already know the way to raise children to adjust or even evolve the society. On the basis, we should pay attention on the following three respects. First of all, we need to develop children’s reason and logical comprehensive ability, which are necessary when children are learning the principles, theories, and the fact. For children, the strong values and ethical standards are needed to determine how the can best put their rote knowledge to use in the modern society.
Second, we must process the ability of balance the cooperation and competition of children as well. An effective leader needs both of them, Cooperation makes children know how to solve the pressing social problems, moreover, key leadership positions, especially in business, inherently call for a certain tenacity and competitive spirit. at last, Raising the children's emotion and self-consciousness are also help bring about a better society. Consider the art field, creative ability is itself partly a function of intellect; that is, creative expression is a marriage of one's cognitive abilities and the expression of one's feeling and emotions.
Admittedly, there are someone not satiated by the existing way of bringing up society and are dedicated to explore a more specific pattern to determine the final vocation of children. Basis on today's education pattern, we might find better ways to advanced it.
To sum up, The determination of our society's further largely depend on our children's socialization, and we actually know the way to bring up children to contribute to a better society.
