The author claims that the money spent on research, no matter what is the result, which is regard as always a wise investment. I deem
science advancement of the science is playing an important role
in process of the modern civilization, so that we will give the enough financial support to research.. However, I disagree with it, the regardless of the results, we spend the money on entire
research blindly. In my point of view, we should lend enough credence to the research that is beneficial toh the
public and stem the counterproductive ones.

Admittedly, as the obvious indispensible
of the modern technology to human life and social evolution, the undeniable fact is technology has become a basic factor, of social changes. with the exploration of the unknown world, human beings has resolved many tough problems. the classic statement of this view is the usage of the transgene technology, since its potential value ,which has been a significant scientific research obtaining the funds from the government. By leading in the single or multiple genes, transferred from the different species, the plants will be present the special characteristics which are superior to the old ones. With the advancement of the crop yields ,it is possible to support the
increasingly population. The more rich nutrition and some special characteristics supplied by the transgene plant make our daily diet healthy, especially meet the need for the special people. The genetic technology is also used in medical field. Paragon,
With the working out the human genetic code, many diseases will be cured at the DNA level. This method is known as biotechnology and can aid in the treatment of disease like hormone defiency

However, due to the limitations of human rational thinking, scientists could not ensure their research activities would bring more benefits to the society. The idea of human cloning has fueled debated not just in the unite state, but also it with the countries all over the world? .Due to the killing of human embryos, the unsafe process of cloning ,and which it is
the resulting consequences of having deformed clones, the human cloning is morally and ethically correct. At the same time, the excessive exploration of the tropical rain forests has caused many environmental problems, including the global warming which cause the earth to have longer summers or vice versa, longer winters, and also cause acid rain.

Furthermore, as the representative of the public interests, the government should pay sufficient attention to the public demands. If the government spends the money on researches, while ignore
considering the final results, there is no doubt that it is largely a waste of the taxpayer dollars. Few people would advocate that the exorbitant a myriad of
money devoted to the initiative could have gone a long way toward addressing pressing social problems of the day, such as the rampant gang violence, an aids epidemic, and the increased rate of the dropouts.

In sum, as for the author’s broader assertion, I suggest that the money
is used as
research is generally sound as an investment in the advancement of human knowledge and in human imagination and spirit. Nevertheless, when we do research purely for its own sake, without a clear purpose, we take a risk of squandering resources which could have been applied to some urgent real problems. In the final analysis, when we determined investment on the research, in the first place, we should take account of the results depending on this research..

In my point of view, we should lend enough credence to the research that is beneficial to the public and stem the counterproductive ones.首段表意不清，感觉句子混乱，没有很好表达自己的观点，建议直接表达末句的观点，不要在首段做过多的让步转折。但最后一句话感觉立意不深，事实上在研究有成果之前，我们很难判断一项研究到底到底是beneficial还是counterproductive

In the final analysis, when we determined (evaluate) investment on the research, in the first place, we should take account of the results depending on this research. 看完结尾我感觉还是没看懂你想表达的东西，整个逻辑结构有点乱，论证起来不convincing，我个人认为是你的position选的高度不够，导致整个文章不好论证，另外长句子的使用我感觉不太和谐，有很多句子我认为没表达出你想表达的意思。水平有限，仅供参考，O(∩_∩)O~
