Title: do you agree or disagree: having jobs with low paying salary and being high secure is better than jobs with high salary but being easy to lost

Someone thinks that jobs with low payment but high secure are better than ones with high salary but high risk to lost, which other people disagree. For me, I prefer to agree with second point.

In the first place, for some people with old age, or high responsibility on family, a relatively low paying job with high guarantee is much better.
Taking old people for example, they do not usually want to take risks, because they have already experienced a lot in their life time, and tend to have a serene living way in rest of life. So, money is not very important, and work is not the tool of making living---just a fun, or a way of passing time.
In the second place, as a young man in this modern society, I quite agree that high salary jobs with high lost risk are better for several reasons. First, in today’s global economical environment, the price index is so high that people should earn a lot of money to afford. Such as costs of house, cars, medical fares, and children, all of them that are necessities require a huge amount of money. Thus, low paying work does not work. Secondly, high paying means high risks, or severe competition, which can train people, and force them to move forward, unless someone wants to quite or be eliminated. High payment with high risk is de facto a good thing for individuals and society. For individuals, people have to improve themselves all the time to survive the competitive society, in return for this, they definitely receive high payment, and a life of better quality. For society,
when people compete each other, and improve themselves, our society benefits.
To sum up, though opinion that having jobs with low paying salary and being high secure has merits, I do not agree, because, people need high competition to earn lots of money, and society also needs high salary and high risk jobs to make itself move to a better and more modern direction.

有一些语法错误，有点不地道，感觉定语从句用的有些啰嗦。观点一二应该要换一换，先说你支持的，再说另一方面，不然让人迷惑。感觉观点二应该要拆一拆，多分成几段，观点才清晰。但词语真是很丰富呀

Should movies and televisions always show audience good people are being rewarded and bad people are being punished? For me , the answer is definitely negative for the simple reason that people hold such view ignore other function of media.

  In the first place,  I quite agree that movies, televisions or broadcasting programs should display good side of humanity, when it especially comes to education of children. Teenagers often tend to imitate the words or behaviors from movies or TV programs. From recent survey, rate of minors’ crime is increasing at a worrying speed. Most the motives or ways of crime are just from movies or television with violent scene or devil people being very powerful. Thus, our media practitioners have ethic responsibility on guiding children to a healthy growth. At this point, programs showing good people are being rewarded and bad people are being punished are quite positive.
  In the second place, TV and Movies should not always show that to audience. If they did, result would not be good. People would quit watching TV or going to cinema, since it were boring.  In fact, media does not only play a role of educating, but also has other function, such as entertainment, or reflection of truth of events. When people go home from work, they just want to sit before TV, watching sport games or some meaningless soap operas. In other aspect, generally speaking, there is not distinct line between the good and devil. For example, American army in Iraq, there is no denying that main purpose of army is to maintain this country in order and peace. We often take this group as good people. But some of them did devil things, such as raping, stealing or illegal violence. We need media to report these bad things in relatively objective way to let people know “good people” have bad side and also are punished.
  To sum up, though the assertion has merits, I do not agree the whole, because if movies or televisions had only one type of program, the media would have not value to exist.
