Do you agree or disagree with the follow in the sholing statement? To remain happy and optimistic when you fail is more important than achieving success

People may experience kinds of failure and success in the whole life, accompanied with the depression of failure and the sense of accomplishment of success. Some one feel frustrated about the failure and try to avoid it all the time, while some one still remain happy and optimistic when they fail. As far as I am concerned, I really appreciate the latter people who are strong-minded and never give up. I totally agree the point that it is more important for us to act optimistically when we fail than achieving success.
As the old sayings “Success springs from failure”, before one achieves success, he must pull through all kinds of difficulties and failures. Take Edison for granted, he is a well-known inventor in the world and we benefit from his greatest invention-the electronic light since it came to the world. Before he achieved success, he had difficulty in finding the suitable material for the light with experimenting nearly 1000 kinds of materials in the laboratory. When people show little confidence to his success, he just kept on working optimistically rather than losing his heart. Finally after he achieved success, he said before he found the 1000th material, he already knew that 999 materials were not suitable for making lights. As a result, if one can’t be single-minded to persist on the goal he is working on only because some failures trap him in, he will never achieve success.
Further more, the process of pulling through the failure can lead us to think deeply about the meaning of life. Just like the flowers in the greenhouse can’t stand test of wind, individuals who grow from a pleasant environment can’t adapt to the changeable life and society. One can only receive applause and praise when he achieves success, but one can have a lot of new understandings from the failure. During the failure, mind is tested with pressure and sadness and our body also feels the frustration and disappointment. However, it is the time for us to calm down and choose which attitude towards failure. If we choose the optimistic attitude, it means we will have the motivation to overcome the difficulty and learn from the lessons of failure. There’s no doubt that the attitude will influence our value of life. We will find our life more colorful and the difficulties in life seem like just challenges to us.
To conclude, I will definitely support that it is more important for us to remain optimistic during failure and view it as the bridge to our final success.

09.03.07NA    Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teachers should not show their social or political views in the classroom.

Nowadays, the political issues are considered sensitive in every country and people avoid talking about it carefully in their daily life. Even in some countries, there are legal rules that teachers are abandoned showing their social or political views in the classrooms. As far as I am concerned, I am not in favor of such rules. Contrarily, I am prone to agree that the advantages are outweighing the disadvantages.
To begin with, individuals are members belonging to a nation so that every one has the right to express their opinions about the social events and politics. What’s more, adolescents are new members who have the rights to step in the political and social life of a country. However, most of them are innocent and haven’t formed a clear view about what is politics and their rights in hand as well as obligation. As this time, teachers are their best guides who are knowledgeable and mature. Mostly, teachers who are experienced and educated will provide useful comments on what happened recently and guide students to the right path of political life. For instance, our politics teacher is a middle-aged man who has learned a lot and of great wisdom. In his class, we not only learn the knowledge in the textbooks from him, but also we are influenced a lot by his opinions on social events. He shows his comments in a humorous way, but at the same time he points out the problems in today’s society and gives his own suggestions. As a result, every student of him is guided to a right road and educated in a direct way in his class.
Further more, if there aren’t such teachers who teach us this kind of things, we will probably be influenced by the extreme comments on the Internet and act in a wrong way. As adolescents grow into adults, they will be curious about the political life and if there are not good guides of them, they will search the information on Internet on their own. But this will cause a serious result for the reason that youths can be easily influenced by kind of thoughts and comments. For example, in a recently news, a 22-year-old university student was influenced by the extreme critics on the government on the Internet and he attacked the government officials to show his discontent. As a result, he was ended in jail. From this perspective, youths need well-educated guide on their political life and teachers can not be a better choice.
To conclude, we can’t deny the fact that some teachers can mislead the students. However, most teachers can not be better guides for students in helping them have the right view about the social and political issues.

As the technique develops so quickly day by day, people have a heat prediction about the issue that students will not use printed books anymore and the e-books or some more advanced tools will take the printed books’ place. However, as far as I am concerned, I hold the opinion that printed books will not extinct soon as I will discuss below.
To begin with, printed books have a lot of advantages for students. For example, every one can buy one from bookstore or book one online immediately after it is printed out. Besides,   mostly, the e-books are based on the printed books so that it takes time to wait for the update of them and students can’t wait that long if they need them for class. What’s more, the price of the printed books allows every one can afford one, while the e-books or other advanced tools really cost a lot so that it may be burden on some students. There is a survey targeted on students from middle schools to universities on the topic that if printed books will disappear one day. The result is that over 80 percent of students participated in the survey show the disagreement with the problem for the reasons that they are used to reading printed books and the price of books is reasonable.
Further more, most students show the opinion that they depend on the feeling of reading printed books page after page or even the smell of the printing ink left on books. It makes them feel serene and get into the world of the writer created quickly, which other ways of printing media can’t provide. Besides, they argue that it is really are convenient for them to take notes in class as well as reviewing them. Taking myself for instance, I have a lot of materials that teachers update online for the exams. But every time I will download it and print it out to make a little book rather than reading it through my laptop as I think it is more comfortable and easier to review, write notes and make marks. What’s better, it can protect our eyesight when reading it on books instead of laptops.
To conclude, I am convinced that no matter how the technology develops, the printed books will be needed by students for its great advantages of convenience and availability.
