184：“It is a grave mistake to theorize before one has data.”
在掌握数据之前建立理论是一个严重错误。
提纲：
1：数据的支持是可以引出理论。如：理工类的学科，大部分来自于大量的数据分析而得。

2：理论和数据可以协同作用，数据的验证可得到的正确性与可行性，并进一步升华理论。

3：很多理论是没有数据的支持的，而更多趋于人的假设和想象。如：大部分的学者在创立理论之前没有前人的指导。只是自己的主观想象。

正文：
When we talk about theories, the first thing come up to our mind is dates, that is right, dates can make us more accessible to theories. However, if someone say that dates are always previous theories, which seem to some kind of extremely and decisive, both theories and dates have more complicated relationship.


Indeed, dates can induce theories, and most theories can’t be making out without dates. Many
subjects, like mathematic, chemistry, physics, and astronomy and so on, especially for Science, need a large mount of dates. Experiments, calculations and observations are pensible in their works and studies. Dates are the basis of those studies and fundament of theories. One of the greatest scientists Copernicus spends almost his entire life to observe and calculate and finally create the book of De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium. there are also many scientist like Copernicus who make out great theories by a plenty of dates, Archimedes Dmitri Mendeleev, Marie Curie.

Dates and theories can also associate with each other in defining the theories, and dates can verify the correctness and validity of it, what more, the function can sublime theories. When a theory is come out, it may have some untruth facet in it, and which need frequent dates to test again and again, last, get the theory or relative right theory(in some special circumference is true). When Newton create Newton's laws of motion, before him, there are several people who put forward the similar laws, but it is not totally true, and under the former laws and achievement Newton obtain his laws, which is also suited for some conditions. Most theories were not completely true at the time of them firstly raised, which through numerous of dates and revises, then may be a theory.

It is not right that all theories are come from dates, theories also can drive from assumption and imagination. When there are no more former’s fundamental theory, no more previous dates, and no more any knowledge about the realms that studying. Who do you want to depend on, refer on, and study on.. Although without those, our precursors still invent a series of theories. How can they do this, assumption and imagination perform a vital factor in this process. In the new century, we also emphasis imagination, which can inspire us create original theory and explore unknown realms. At first, there aren’t branch subject in knowledge and varieties theories contained in them, people fully use their wisdom and leave so many amazing convenience for us to learn and better to understand the miracle in the world.

Dates are really a critical facet in theorizing, but we can’t say theory is definitely create on date, they should have a further relations, and dates aren’t also the only element or way to get theories, and we can reach a higher height combine dates and theories with other factors in our life

童鞋你要加油啊，语言问题一如既往地多，到后面我已经改不动了，要多花些时间读和背来找到英文的语感而不是中文的，要坚持，会慢慢好的。
说说文章思路吧，像楼主提纲里提的几点都是很好的，三方面，很全面，但是注意作文不但要懂得发散，还要懂得收回来，文章要切题，这个题目最终还是要回到掌握数据前就得到结论是不是错误，童鞋文章中在写各个分论点的时候都要扣紧题目写。

对于大家提出的问题与建议我会努力去克服。
我也仔细研究了我的文章，语法错误大概有
1:遇到多个形容词修饰名词时不会处理，按中文一直写。
2：不会利用介词和从句对名词修饰。
3：动词be与其他动词重复使用。
4：从句使用不熟练。
5：可使用的动词太少。
如各位仍有发现，可以提醒我谢谢了
