Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Is relate well to other people more important that study hard at school?

Just imagine that all of students, including under graduate and graduate students, just devote themselves in dealing with the relationship with others nor research on their projects, what will be await? Obviously, no one could explain exactly what it looks like when such a case comes into reality, but it probably will be a vital social problem we have to face. While I concede that a well relationship to other people may indeed pose certain positive effects on our career; otherwise, in my observation that knowledge has become more valuable, and no exaggeration here, a really hardworking at school plays a crucial role in people' lives.

First of all, from a personal and psychological perspective, it is generally accepted that the hardworking experience at school and the broad knowledge can never be replaced just by a good relation to other people. Because, in several field of the society, especially in some particularly place such as the research centre or laboratory, the ability of study which may be nurtured in school time has shown its powerful and overwhelming function in such area. Therefore, a well relationship to others can never take over the status of science and technology that produced by basic hardworking at school.

Apart from the one I have mentioned above, another equally important aspect is that no one wants to hire a employee that is lazy in doing his or her work. For instance, if you are the HR of one of a famous cooperation of company, when you interview a applicant, would do want to still hire a person that you have realized that he or she just get the lowest perform in the university? I believe that your answer should be absolutely not. So, the hardworking experience at school can bring to a good impression from the people you meet, which may really lead you to a good relation with others.

Aside from the foregoing two provisions, however, lies a deeper fact that we cannot ignore the effect of the good relationship with our boss or peers. A particularly striking example is that one of my friends who have a bad temper cannot deal with such social problem very well and result in the miss of promotion in his company.
So, I realized that though it is not the fundamental factor, it can also become a vital element that put your career into depression.

In a nutshell, although that good relationship with others can promote us, the hardworking at school is more important than anyone else in the fluent society.
